Good to work for my company, people are friendly and approachable.people don't loose their jobs cause the company takes calculated risk and have everything in control . areas of improvement would be more creativity and flexibility and and increase opportunity for promotion and better salaries

Excellent learning curve
The company has a lot of things they hope to achieve over a short period of time with only a few people know the full picture. The rest of us are just following orders, doing projects that seem never to materialise to anything. Sometimes we even work on long projects that use time and money, only for the completed project to be scrapped and thrown out.
Pros: The salary was good.
Cons: Quite a racist background which is still very obvious and out there against black people, especially young black females.

Its good because i get exposed to different types of banking products which broadens my knowledge.
The company that i work for gave me knowledge and broadened my expectise. I got to learn about different types of banking products. And i worked with app and web systems. Workjng at the bank is goof exposure

I want to grow
i deal with different types of clients with various types of queries complaints and i have good people skills ,we all get along well as there is no i in team .Ihave learnt alot about banking from sales to admin to servicing of all client products ,dealing wth insurance and fraudulent activities .I enjoy interacting with the different clients and also giving advise, challenges are upset clients and also language barriers .

A day in the working life
Working in both small or large companies is challenging in that one needs to manage their day professionally, accurately and which is beneficial to myself and the company I have excellent relationships with management, colleagues and clients I learn something new every day. I enjoy providing a great service &support. New projects, finding the right person for the right job and helping employees with their concerns are challenging yet are the most rewarding are challenging yet most rewarding

Bored
We get along with my co workers and get to assist whenever I m asked to. I have learned to be adaptive and flexible. The satisfaction always came from a happy client after the service I have granted. Cahllanging aspects meeting deadlines at short period of time.

Exceptional client intrinsic sales and service expert
As a representative during my length of service in a financial institution, I sincerely relate my morals and behaviour with the ethics code as being conducted. As an individual I gradually relate to my personal attributes, as this has formed part of me becoming a diligent work-ethic employee at the working environment. The qualities and skills that I have obtained are worth means to any sales and service company. Potentially to grow my experience is imperative that results being competitive and the right employee to be considered.

Working for my current company has been a great learning experience.
