Working for Nedbank has been the biggest mile stone of my life , i have learned so much , and have worked with great team and a manager. my job was very challenging as I get all the different queries on a daily basis.

Excellent

Best Learning Curve

The culture is great ,people respect each other . The relationships amongst employees is healthy with its own normal challenges that every relationship can come across. They encourage a healthy home and work balance. There's also opportunities to study. What I enjoyed most is the flexible hours and the flexibility to work from home. The challenges encounter was unrealistic demands from certain senior individuals. I've learnt to embrace my colleagues, their cultures and working styles.

Working at my present company made me learn a lot and able to work independently

working in my current company i've learned a lot of things, i'm able to corporate with my employees assist one another with queries. I've learnt that learning as much as you can will make things for me be able to fit in any department in the same organisation. I enjoy teambuilding as it makes me know my colleagues out of work

Good Company to work for.

biggest Good Company to work for. Great values and they tale care of their employees. I have learned to be patient with clients and be creative in solving their enquiries. The biggest challenge was calming down an angry and loud client. I learned to do this by accepting to take the blame for my fellow co workers apologize and reassure that the problem won't happen again and take ownership of solving it. was calming down an angry and loud client. Like to grow within a financial company

Good working team, all work n learn from each other, good company to work for but no perks offered.Team from all departments are willing to help and also teach staff.
