I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top

The art of a deal
I do prospects on Monday morning for the whole week and also make an appointments. I also read emails check any requirements that are needed with Admin clerk and read financial mails or update myself with some knowledge of products that I am selling ,check competitors products and what they are offering. I also communicate with my co-workers to be more updated and informed especially those who made more sales than myself. The most challenging aspects of job is the delay of information or results from administration and cancellation of a product at a later stage because the client is indecisive.

I have Regulatory examinations Certiicate
Its a good company because they pay for our RE and also Fais modules.Before i started working for them,They took me to training so that i can learn about their products.My colligues are so helpfull because if i struggle with my target they help me...infact we are working as a team so we are helping each other because we are unique individuals whom each of us has different weakpoints and strong points.If i have excelled my targets there are presents given to motivate each one of us,There are also competitions for team players.The team that wins get something.
Pros: There are opportunities especially if I've passed all the modules
Cons: Too long working hours because of my dedication to my job

Excellent
My relationship with colleagues is very good. My day work is not hectic throughout the day. I get very busy in the morning than in the afternoon. If I plan my tasks a week ahead, I sometime finish all of them in 3 days. I have learned a lot in my company; Customer services, treating clients fairly and with dignity, respect and pushing beyond boundaries. I enjoy new challenges, new initiative to test my ability and skills. Working with different from different backgrounds. Having to be tested by my manager to see if I would crack whatever task or challenge posed to me.

Analytical quick learner
My typical work day as a underwriter involves financially and medically underwriting prospective clients applying for insurance. An underwriter's duty is to evaluate risk and ensure that we put good risk on books and also charge premiums accordingly - based on age, income and health status. Very good relationships with peers as well as management. In underwriting you learn something new everyday - come across new disease and many times financial requirements change based on laws.
Pros: Great work environment
Cons: Not much room for growth

It has a very enjoyable learning experience, worth my efforts. Experience-wise.
I have enjoyed my stay in this working environment as it has opened my eyes about the competitive working environment. Learned how to engage and consult clients, deal with different attitudes of human being.

Good learning curve
Old mutual it is a great company to work for especially after struggling to get a job tht i went to school for they gave me a chance to have a permanent job,and work for a winning team and theres learning curve because they are providing us with trainings and studying some financial courses,work day is doing daily administration and advising clients on their financial produts,stresful as the are targets to meet and writing quality business that wil stay in the books and pay my salary

I am a fast leaner
I passed my grade 12 in 1995 and obtained my N6 Management Assistant in 1996. I started working at Retail stores in Clicks where I ended up being the Store Manager. Went to work at Kruger National Park as an Assistant Manager> Now I am working at Old Mutual as a Financial Advisor. I am a hard-working person who will do the most of any opportunity given to me.

Excellent company i learnt alot
I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems
