I have leaned a lot in old mutual

I have a very good relationship with my co-workers ,and I like the culture of the company, I have leaned lot of things and they even developing their employees.

Pros: they they do promote at old mutual
Cons: the hours are very good ,i sart at 8am and get done at 5pm but sometimes i work over time

I am enthusiastic person and I also learn how to work with people work underpresure

I work at unisa as a tutorial office for three Mouth it was a fixed term contract I have a driver licence I'm computer literacy and I'm kind I love to work with people.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: I work like 8 hours a day but since I was working at insurance company u are the one you have to do your best so that you can get bonus

Bank Reconciliations. month end reports.Unit trusts. Fund accounting

Working in a team of 20 members. Meeting deadlines. Preparation of month end packs.Mainly resolving queries in the Bank . Reconciling bank accounts. Dealing with clients via email.

Pros: Old Mutual is one of the top companies. The biggest investment company
Cons: Working overtime

Good worker

computer work ,able to access information through internet ,I have enjoy all my work including all the challenges that I was come across, not getting business sometimes and it was so difficult because No business No pay even when there is lapse it affects my pay ,but I did not quiet at all

Learning experience

Challenging and also interesting as I have been servicing Executive Financial Advisers. That meant dealing with high caliber of clientele in line with the said Advisers. What I have learnt is how to handle difficult clients who always expects best and professional Service. It has taught me to over deliver and also be Pro-Active. Being able to work independently without supervision. I enjoyed being able to solve any queries that were thrown at me and having the satisfaction of knowing that I have helped with giving my client peace of mind

Good learning curves

Working in my company it's very nice in as way that I learn a lot working with others and it has really build a strong character in me.my job can be a bit challenging at times but I have learnt to be patient and persevere on my job.I like the fact that it has changed my character I am a strong somebody today

Excellent opertunity to grow and excell in your job scope.

Work a full day, SLA driven. Worked very well with my colleagues, was very diverse. Went for lots of courses during my employment to equip myself. I enjoyed going to work because of the culture that we had in the office we were like one big happy family. The challenging part for me was managing the SLA, and having to have one on one discussions with my colleagues regarding errors that they made.

Pros: Great opertunity for promotions.
Cons: Because we were SLA driven we had to work lots of overtime

i match the requirements. Faxing,filling,scanning,copying. Ordering stationary. Delivering documents to different departments Issuing pension cards Adrress updates Control incoming and outgoing mail. Control registers and couriers

Excellent reading ,speaking and writing bothvon Tswana and English,fast learner,

I like to work on the company because I like customer service communicate with clients.I like to do my job duties with all of my hearts, respecting my Job and the people surrounding me. My relationship with my co worker's is like family . I have learned to respect them to ask if I don't understand and to learn from them because we are family ,The thing that I enjoy most is to communicate with people and offer solutions if they need it. The challenging aspects is when you did not make your daily budget .

Pros: I want to see myself being my own boss
