processing claims,challenge with hard clients, need to be patience, adhere to company rules,always client comes first but still you also important to the company, it was the great company.

Challenging daily activity
I am salaried Team Leader for 6years in my TEAM I enjoy working with people daily cause I give families hope and peace of mind I go out with advisers to the field twice in a week and meet Door openers to our Traditional markers Hold advisers accountable daily if their standard is not met Coach and Mentor my Team on our weekly meetings Check my Key Result Areas daily Organize clients day and Events for my Team I have Learned to listen more and be patient i enjoyed educating my clients daily and building solid relationship with people Most of all i enjoy Presenting to large group of people Dealing with difficult clients cause our Vision is to Treat our Customers Fairly

Cold calling to set meetings or confirm meetings booked Apply data to system Time frame for admin related client service Prepare for meetings with prospects doing quotes. Meet with clients. Return to office or work at home to process, finalize sales Excellent company and staff. Meeting new clients enjoy interaction.

Great learning

I have Regulatory examinations Certiicate
Its a good company because they pay for our RE and also Fais modules.Before i started working for them,They took me to training so that i can learn about their products.My colligues are so helpfull because if i struggle with my target they help me...infact we are working as a team so we are helping each other because we are unique individuals whom each of us has different weakpoints and strong points.If i have excelled my targets there are presents given to motivate each one of us,There are also competitions for team players.The team that wins get something.

I'm very task oriented and I don't meet customer expectations i exceed them
I work perfectly in a team and individual, i get along with my co-workers we help each other with our struggles and motivate each other i submitt as indicated to my superiours. I learned to be patient at all times do what is expected of me everyday .

Excellent learning curve
Flexible working hours, prospecting to different clients face to face and telephonically and that improves the communication and business skills for one. Very diversified industry, working with people from different race, culture and belief. They offer great and informative workshops for skills development. They uphold their integrity, vision and mission as well as the value of the company by putting customers first and accrediting qualified employees and they celebration everyone's achievements both within the company and outside.

The art of a deal
I do prospects on Monday morning for the whole week and also make an appointments. I also read emails check any requirements that are needed with Admin clerk and read financial mails or update myself with some knowledge of products that I am selling ,check competitors products and what they are offering. I also communicate with my co-workers to be more updated and informed especially those who made more sales than myself. The most challenging aspects of job is the delay of information or results from administration and cancellation of a product at a later stage because the client is indecisive.

I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top
