Understanding consumer behavior as their needs change in daily bases.Sending emails of successful leads to financial advisor to make contact with the client to give financial advice & responding to customer queries via email or sending them to the relevant departments for emmediate feedback.Writing of assessments in monthly bases of product changes & company policies.Working as a team is a necessity, always treating everyone with respect and staying positive at all times as we need to always communicate because our processes are interrelated. I have learnt that to be successful or to grow in a business you need your Co workers for team spirit because you can never succeed alone and that respect is vital because it makes you enjoy what you are doing.What I enjoy most is giving motivation and treating my job as my own company because I am in charge of what I do in daily basis. The challenges I always had is dealing with difficult customers

Very good learning curve,
Administer clients queries and complaints telephonically and via emails, always put the customer needs first. Manage mail box and resolve queries. Team is awesome, everyone is friendly and eager to assist whenever you need assistance. I have learnt to respect and accommodate everyone individually and culturally. I enjoy to always know that at the end of the day I'have done what's expected of me and beyond. When the client is unhappy about the product that she/he received from the branch and doesn't understand that there are channels you need to follow in order for you to be able to assist.

I'm able to engage with clients on a daily basis
Communicating with clients everyday, answering calls, switch boards, filling, servicing clients. I love my work but I need something challenging now. I work well with my colleagues, we work as a team and what I have learnt is that you need to be patient especially when dealing with clients because they're the reason why we are there. I enjoyed engaging with people because it makes my job easier but the most challenging part of my job is when there's no solution to the problem.

Learning experience
the company is doing well in combating unemployment in the country but growth, theres a lot that still need to be done so that they retain talents and also improving others.

Learning curve
It has been a great experience working for old mutual and I have learnt a lot about teamwork and working under,the training provided there is of the highest quality and I believe that with all knowledge I have gained there will help me grow as a person .Generally I would rate the company as Good.

Work environment is flexible it allows you to learn whilst still working and as well as improving your skills great platform to grasp new knowledge but also a disadvantage when it comes to salary expectations because if you have not meet your target you will not get paid do how do you stay in a job where you can't have an honest leaving.

SALES AGENT OR LEADS GANARATOR
I am working as leads generator hand on hand with financial advisor , so basically I am sales consultant. And I started at old mutual finance working as Direct Sales Consultant so basically I have a lot of experience in sales department and admin department.

I am a hard worker and am eager to learn more.
I can work very well with customers, if I get this job which I believe suites me as a candidate I will show my potential.I studied media studies and it works hand in hand with dealing with people I think this will work in my advantage.if only I can be given a chance to prove myself.

Advising Clients
I drive alot visiting different companies including school , private sectors doing presentatins and giving advice to client to take my product . I normally check their product in my laptot and i make sure that i meet my target before the day ends. We did work in team sometime and still meet the target.
Pros: The company does give us the opportunity to learn toward sales and markerting
Cons: The experince i have and the lessons i learn is great but now i want to explore and get something new something challenging as well.
