I arrange medical with internal and external service providers. Provide feedback to both Brokers and Financial Advisers. Follow up on FICA I an a great team player always willing to land a helping hand wherever I can. I have learnt that communication and clarity is vital to all parties involved. I enjoy understanding characters on a daily basis. Nothing is challenging I adapt well to change.

WORKING AT OLD MUTUAL HAS MATURED ME IN A WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Working at Old Mutual has been a great and exciting experience for me. I have learned so much in the years I have been with the company, building relationship with management, employees stake holders etc. Learning and knowledge broadening through internal trainings and workshops. I have grown tremendously since I started out with the company, however the reason for wanting me to leave my current position is mainly wanting to move back to PE with my family. I am currently based in Port Alfred and urgently need to relocate. I have learned and developed great interpersonal and personal skills namely: telephone etiquette, teamwork, relationship building, thinking skills, problem solving, time management. What I enjoyed most is the outings and team buildings we have which allows us to learn and communicate in an informal manner which helps build great working relationship with the fellow colleagues as well as trust. I trust the above is all in order. Thanking You

Good working environment and amazing colleagues
Started at old mutual in 2016. I recently discovered colleagues rate per hour changed every 3 months. I worked through an agency and I was only recently notified because I was part of a program my rate would not change. For the amount of work that I did and for a campaign that I worked on alone, I found this unfair as I was not aware of this in the beginning. Also, managers and team leaders started leaving and employees were getting treated unfairly. However I have learnt alot working in the retentions department and it is something I would want to do within another company. The most challenging aspect of ny position is making target daily especially working on a campaign where it is difficult to reach targets.
Pros: Good opportunity to learn and to grow. Also to meet a variety of people.

Great Opportunity for Growth
I Came into the financial industry to gain more experience in Sales.I have managed to get RE5 a industry requirement with in record time of two years whilst making my weekly targert .The qualification made me a skilled Sales Executive a mentor in the branch. I would confidently merge the skills gained in the Food and Financial industry together with the qualification I've obtained in both industries.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth.

Not very pleasurable experience
the way mangers treat their lower management level employees is outrageous and very stressful .even during weekends you are expected to work but your contract does not stipulate that.
Pros: no opportunities at all infect you get fired for doing your job
Cons: wheather night or day they call to ask for business not even check if you coping well or not
