Work for old MUTUAL is a great experience I'm in the sales field currently.As a financial Adviser.in this field I've learned how to deal with different clients expertise.jowls to handle pressure how keep client happy with our service when doing after sales service.I've learn how you standing in front of hundreds of people and do presentations its quite an good experience because it has leaded me to be a team player a leader and know how to work as an individual in all aspects ofor my job requirements.

I'm expecting something reasonable to take me far

A great way to market for a job online
Previously worked for europcar rentals and am currently working for old mutual as a field Financial advisor terview anytime time, what I do is sell all insurance products to clients mainly at government and manicipal areas
Pros: Clients turn to be rute at times and will try to make your job a living hell, all you need to do is improvise and end up winning the client best interest at heart
Cons: The manner in which we work is mainly 24/7 around the clock and try to make as many policies as possible

Excellent working ethics
I had a great management and a positive, motivational and hard working team. We were more of family than colleagues, we held small meetings before eotk just to nutuvate each other that's what I like most about my team. I've leand a lot from the company, especially on the part where each customer is different from the other and how you should listen to the customer , relate with them and give the quality business to get referrals from them and how they say "quality business assures goof relationship with the customers and it sticks in the books. I had my challenging moments at times where I would find myself under pressure due to no sales in the middle of the day but I would always find a way or to overcome that and create new strategy to persuade a customer extra selling always works for me that's what I would do to win an other sale from the sale. There were bad days but when you have a good managent and excellent team you never seem to have those days with the strong support team by your side.

I have good communication, liaison and organization skills.
I have good communication, liaison and organization skills. I am a certified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator for Level 4 Services Seta programmes. At present I am a Facilitator at TSiBA Education in Karatara. My duties include facilitating in the classroom and the workplace, setting up and marking examinations and making sure that the students practical Portfolios of Evidence are competent in order for them to pass their Unit Standards. Academic administration is also part of my job description, including making sure that student’s attendance DP is up to date.

I dedicated my self and I can do more
Working in a call centre is very challenging especially when you're doing sales..but I managed in all call centres that I worked in. .I have always had a good relationship with my managers and team leaders because I'm very hard working.

I am happy, my salary is gauranteed. My salary is less than i was getting Old Mutual but i am considerably happy thst i have peace of mind. I have more family time& having peace of mind is the biggest advantage.
