I Coach and Mentor advisers on daily basis Holding them accountable if they don't meet their daily standard Do Join Field Work with my Team Practice Management on daily basis I have learned to be Patient and enhanced my presentation skills I enjoy working with people daily giving them Hope and Peace of mind I hold meetings with Stake holders and Door Openers weekly Dealing with with difficult customers cause i have to display TFC (TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY)

Excellent learning curvr
Working at Old mutual is good you can be able to meet new people everyday . People with different cultures abd diversity . Relationship with my coworkers is wonderfull . A lot has been learnt treating the customers fairly . To be able to give what the client needs . Give a holistic advice to a client . Selling yourself first so that the client can be able to trust you. Enjoy working hours and work environment . The mist challenging thinf in my job is clients that are difficult . Clients that they do not know what are they looking for in terms of financial advice

Great experience
It is a great experience because, while you work its also a learning experience aswel. I also meet new peaple everyday and its very nice to see different faces everyday. It is also a great pleasure to assist different peaple everyday.
Pros: You get rewarded with bonusses every month when you work hard.
Cons: You have more free time on your hand, just as long as your business is there to submit everyday

Excellent
They look after their staff very well. Only in certain instances where poor leaders are appointed does the teams suffer. I have grown significantly here and my salary increased by 37% in the past 4 years.

Excellent and full of growth
I am a young lady who is self driven and likes working with so many people. Am friendly and would love to see myself grow and make my own check earning bonuses and learn when ever I can. I have worked with sales which is the kind of a job that needs dedication n persistency and have worked on retail before sales so I know very well what is expected of me in each and every customer I meet and to meet Target's to work as an individual and also love working as a team.
