I Coach and Mentor advisers on daily basis Holding them accountable if they don't meet their daily standard Do Join Field Work with my Team Practice Management on daily basis I have learned to be Patient and enhanced my presentation skills I enjoy working with people daily giving them Hope and Peace of mind I hold meetings with Stake holders and Door Openers weekly Dealing with with difficult customers cause i have to display TFC (TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY)

Good for experience in investment banking
Excellent learning curve in banking and investment banking. Knowing how to deal with customers and managing. Working in a challenging environment that requires great work ethics and self control. In my branch, staff members are kind and friendly very comfortable to work with them. They are professional and some are difficult to work with. The training programs are wonderful and staff end parties. The cons in this company there is not chances of learning new skills and growth in terms of promotions for customer relations consultants. The pros is to be exposed to investments and enhancing your skill with customers

Excellent learning curve in the financial industry especially insurance
I first became an office administrator, assisting the financial advisors by processing their applications, give feed back to them and liaise with their clients if there is an outsaning requirement,, and also be a team player to your colleagues and give support to them and to the management, prepare reports for management and maintain your relationship everyone, I have learnt to be proactive, assertive and work well with other team members, learn your products and your systems so that it helps you to resolve your queries as soon as possible. II then moved to client services where I learnt to interact fully with clients, and Ireally enjoyed that and that improved my listening skill. the most challenging aspect of my job, is when you deal with a very irate client, but knowing your systems and processes, and showing empathy and listening to the client, that helps you to resolve his or her query in no time and you now have a happy client.

Great management team
You get a lot of support from the management team and other senior employees . The company offers a great training for everybody. You go through academy for 24 months where you get to learn a pot of things and how to close that deal and how to deal with rejection. Old mutual is the best company to work for

A great learning experience
Working at old mutual it's great experience, as a field financial advisor you get to be your own manager because you manage your own time but to do that you need to have self deciplin its like managing your own business but personally self growth is important
