In my cv I have a review
It was a great experience working with all types of people. Young to old clients each different personalities. In the insurance field I felt great knowing that I could solve a claim for a client and they were happy. I had a moto, happy client happy me.

Excellent learning curve
To whom it may concern My name is Sinazo Mngquka I’ve studied at CPUT in Cape Town campus, I hold a national certificate in Accountancy, diploma in Accounting and a degree in Taxation, I have completed all these in 2017 I am a fast learner and I value my work and people around me. I am an introvert and I view that positively because, I try to be around a lot of people to try and improve my personality, I love people. I enjoy public speaking; it brings out that boss that lives inside of me.

Excellent
Good relationships within workers and employers . But the working is start challenging after this covid 19 pandemic and also this unrest causing many problems whenit comes to business.

Excellent learning curve
Great opportunity to make money but I have been working in sales all my life and I want a change of careers. Old mutual is a creat company creat place to work for but very long hours if you want to succeed creat support and creat management the down side would be you source your own clients and generate your own leads and build your own profile.

Challenging daily activity
I Coach and Mentor advisers on daily basis Holding them accountable if they don't meet their daily standard Do Join Field Work with my Team Practice Management on daily basis I have learned to be Patient and enhanced my presentation skills I enjoy working with people daily giving them Hope and Peace of mind I hold meetings with Stake holders and Door Openers weekly Dealing with with difficult customers cause i have to display TFC (TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY)
