Great job to polish your sales and negotiation skills
A days work would be to get sales appointments, close sales deals and prospect for new clients. I works with a very supportive team and team work is of great importance, as it produces good business. I have acquired more skills in sales, dealing with difficult customer and finalizing business deals. Prospecting and meeting new clients. Meeting the right people to do business with them.
Pros: Great opportunity in acquiring and polishing sales and negotiation skills.
Cons: Prospecting for clients of a specific target market for the area i am working at.

Growth
Providing accurate information to dental practices . Advising them with reason why their claim is not fully paid or when is going to be paid .Giving authorization to the in hospital treatment .I easily work very close with my co-workers and managers .I have learnt a lot about dental treatment . Making a different to patient life .Company procedure like breaks

A new experience
The financial advisor position is enabling me to become a team player and to be able to talk to different people from different levels of life. The company has taken the responsibility for training me for a month and rhere is continuing support strategy.

Not impressed at all
Currently my yreatest vhallenge is the relations between our branch manager and us employees, I have learnt to be patient in this job and punctuality hasbbeen one of thing i have learnt this far.

Life in the work place
Diversity of people who I am working with gives me the opportunity to learn about different cultures and applying the different methods of the people's cultures believes and driving it into production and to ensure that the production and management skills align with the different types of people. Allowing me to gain more knowledge and experience in the industry and allows me to make a difference in others lives as well as my life. The remuneration is very competitive however the potential gets limited which limits yourself from earning a higher salary

Challenging daily activity
I Coach and Mentor advisers on daily basis Holding them accountable if they don't meet their daily standard Do Join Field Work with my Team Practice Management on daily basis I have learned to be Patient and enhanced my presentation skills I enjoy working with people daily giving them Hope and Peace of mind I hold meetings with Stake holders and Door Openers weekly Dealing with with difficult customers cause i have to display TFC (TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY)

Learnt administration duties and being part of the team
Hi guys i am a physically challenged person currently doing administration learnership at old mutual.My duties include scanning,printing,filling ,supporting team members with access to software system.I learnt about teamwork
