i WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FOR ONLY THREE MONTHS, BUT IN OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT CULTURE. tHE PEOPLE ARE DIVERSE, AND ARE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE GOALS. tHE ENVIRONMENT IS GREAT TO WORK IN. tHERE IS FREE INTERNET AND COFFEE.

I am fast learner, work well with my co-worker and I reach my deadlines
Pearson Institute of Higher Education is a private institute that gave me a great opportunity of working with them for the period of 10 years. i have learned there is collaboration with other co-workers and team work also encouraging one another to do well
Pros: When I started was debt collector and I am a Accounts controller.

Gained so much experience in customer service, and dealing with students directly.
I have gained a lot of experience in the higher education system. Having to work with students on a daily and dealing with their queries. Relationships with co-workers was good when i started but not so good anymore. I have learned how to take the lead, communication skills, I have definitely gained.
Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Having to double-hat two different roles at a time without compensation or getting back overtime hours

This has been a great learning curve to be working in a institution .
I am a strong individual , I work well with others as well as on my own , I believe in communication , I make sure that I use that it is a very essential key to have in any organisation.

Hard working and loyal employee
hard working and loyal employee with great lecturing and communication skills. Enjoy helping others and selfless attitude. I've worked with Andries for 2 years and he is a hard-working, capable, conscientious and dependable educator, who always walk the extra mile for his students. He is a dynamic and very sociable/likable person. I can wholeheartedly recommend him for any position within the field of Higher Education.

Terrible learning curve
The company does not value its employees, the only thing they care about is making money. Sometimes salaries are late, like a week late. A typical work day is coming in at 8am and dealing with students and knocking off at 17;00. Co-workers are really cool to work with, it is only the managers that are a problem as complaints are not taken serious, you are not giving resources to do your work, you just have to make the best out of nothing.

Excellent working environment
I enjoy working in a meeting with minimal supervision. I also enjoy closing deals as it's my day to day job, I also have strong discipline in sales and marketing, I also enjoy multitasking as I work with various departments. I have a desire to learn all the times which I do make mistakes but I learn from them and not make the same mistake repeatedly. I have great working experience with the team which we motivate each other to work hard and learn from each others mistakes and encourage the team on how to handle the pressure of the job.

It's been great working At Pearson and I am looking to expand my knowledge by going to work at a different company. I've learnt so much from the people I work with and how to work with a team.
