To do something in a best way is to do it in passion and love
my relationship with my co-workers is great in a way that we treat each other as brothers and sister and give our time to each other in terms of teaching each other about the company or the work we do . i have learned on how to work well with others as a team and learned a lot on how to deal with customers. what i enjoy the most is having to work with people and also to meet different people on a daily basis and taking all my effort in helping customers. the most challenging aspect of my job is having to work far away to were i stay because i am staying in Soweto and working in Randburg and also the transport money to travel everyday as it is expensive and again my biggest challenge is that you only get promoted only when one permanent stuff members leave the job or retire or going on pension.
Pros: the great thing about getting a promotion is that you get the opportunity to learn more things than before and that improves our knowledge and kills.
Cons: the disadvantage of it is that you get to carry big responsibilities of the company which requires your full attention and dedication in what you are doing.

I've all good things &learning new things everyday
working at retail realy thought me a lot.bcz when I started working at retail I was shy didn't face the customers.bt since then nw I can face any kind of customer complain &problem by assist them &giving them the best because our customers comes first and customer is always right without customers we are nothing .treating our customers with dignity and respect really give us a good name and good sales because our customers dont hesitate to come back to our shop.
Pros: it was great opportunity because we do all the job inside our shop , so we learn new things everyday

Good learning
Working days : Monday : Sunday It is a great experience working in a retail as we meet different people from different cultures, we always make sure that we met the budget of day by making our customers happy so that they will want to come back to our because of the care we give them. But there are difficult times where we cant do the budget because the customers can not spend much in the middle of the month. There are also challenges working with money is not easy there thugs out there. My co-workers are good too .
Pros: we usually do promotions every Fridays
Cons: 8:00 - 17:30

resourcefull and team work
PEP has tought me that a family is built throuhg honest,passion and resourcefullness. Learning a new thing comes from humbliness and respect. Effective results are empowered by focus and commiting at work. l learnt that the only way to get rid of a customer is to give her best service because he will surely spend less time at the some and always comr back to dhop again. In a retail all charectors are found but you must always focus on the goal of an.organisation to achiev best results

Good working place
Working at pep stores has helped me learn a lot of things that I didn't know about yes we work together as a team to reach our target so there's this time of the month where the store is very busy to an extended that you could just go away for some hours and come back to find it so quiet. The employees of the store are like sisters we share our stories and there is so much love.what I've the most is customer service and being the fastest cashier on tills.what I enjoy most is when we reach our target. The most challenging aspect of the job is shorts and overs when it is time to cashup
