In a store we had so much incredible days always share our duties before we do start of the day.always keep each other on the look out in a store be vigilant always but also focusing on your work...the relationship was very positive we will treat each other as family in a store always Hi Five each other to show love and respect to each other.I have learn a lot with the dynamos to be yourself and believe to what you want to achieve.nostrils liked the atmosphere at the store energy among us was so supper positive The challenges we always faced was lack of stuff and hours were given was tiring,working under pressure trying to succeed the day.

Love working with my staff
A typical working day is all about admin, store standards. Managing staff and make sure all task get done by staff and instructions get follow. Always look for idees to better the company and make sure policies and procedures get followed. My relationship with my Co workers is very good I do keep my staff motivated and and constantly train them to improve their skills.

Working smart and efficiently
Very difficult job to do but at times what i enjoy more is that there is team spirit, and one can let the other to grow. We also give one another chance to learn more about the company and understand its protocols. The advantage about this company it also give you a chance to study more free of charge without any expense.

Excellent worker
ger. very interesting because I get to learn most of the things daily. My relationship with co-workers is positive and they e($) :_+'()) :(`[€;£[]] |™] |~^njoy working with me. I have learnt that e. I have learnt that if there is something that I need clarity on, I don't have to keep quiet, I'd rather ask people with an experience. I enjoy working with people and I enjoy explaining things that customers may find it difficult to understand. Excellent working environment
Most of the time I work as a cashier. Doing customer inter action to improve sales. We work well with my colleagues they are loving people and straight talkers. I have learned to be patient,empathic and good listener. I enjoy helping customers with anything they need I go an extra mile. The most challenging aspect of my job is rude customers and those that need things done their way even though what they want is not supported by the system. It takes patience to calm them.

At pep we worked as team and there was a target that supposed to be reached everyday. We were trained on how to provide a good customer service to customers.

A place to learn and grow
normal nine to five. Demanding yet fulfilling. I have a viby and productive working relationship with my coworkers. That patience is virtue and communication skills are fundamental when you deal with clients especially in retail. Seeing a satisfied and happy customer for me always makes my day. It’s exciting to know each customer got their value for their money. The most challenging aspect is actually trying find challenge in the work that do. normal nine to five. Demanding yet fulfilling. Excellent learning curve
Company with a strong culture, fun working environment . A company that keep it promises to customers. The biggest challenge is shrinkage but that u can overcome . I have learnt the importance of asking for clarification after giving instructions.

Good work ethics
Everyday is a day full of opportunities to proff yourself that you can be a good manager for your staff by giving them a chance to succeed in the process of you are also able to to learn new things from staff.
