Learning working environment
At pep stores I am working there just because a person need to survive. We work long hours get paid less money. Since i am a casual at pep stores i go to work after 2 weeks What I enjoy is that we work as a team I'm looking for a real job with safety and basic salary I will be very glad if I am granted this opportunity to show my abilities and trust me when I tell that it will be the best decision you have ever made

Sufficient experience build up.
I learned how to handle different customers and also how teamwork in a company is very important. I enjoyed working with people on a daily basis. The challenging part of the job is the little chance of getting promoted.

Working smart and efficiently
Very difficult job to do but at times what i enjoy more is that there is team spirit, and one can let the other to grow. We also give one another chance to learn more about the company and understand its protocols. The advantage about this company it also give you a chance to study more free of charge without any expense.

Excellent learning curve
Working with a great small bunch of people that are friendly enough to assistant anyone coming to the store. Enjoying the teamwork we have and communication towards each other. I have learned the teamwork and customer service skills and how to communicate with my coworkers and customers in a very friendly way.
