Good culture.
The company culture is good but I feel like they can do better with employing people of colour. It�s no a lot of them. And I the senior management consists mostly of white males, little diversity there.

Love working with my staff
A typical working day is all about admin, store standards. Managing staff and make sure all task get done by staff and instructions get follow. Always look for idees to better the company and make sure policies and procedures get followed. My relationship with my Co workers is very good I do keep my staff motivated and and constantly train them to improve their skills.

Working smart and efficiently
Very difficult job to do but at times what i enjoy more is that there is team spirit, and one can let the other to grow. We also give one another chance to learn more about the company and understand its protocols. The advantage about this company it also give you a chance to study more free of charge without any expense.

Excellent worker
ger. very interesting because I get to learn most of the things daily. My relationship with co-workers is positive and they e($) :_+'()) :(`[�;�[]] |�] |~^njoy working with me. I have learnt that e. I have learnt that if there is something that I need clarity on, I don't have to keep quiet, I'd rather ask people with an experience. I enjoy working with people and I enjoy explaining things that customers may find it difficult to understand. At pep we worked as team and there was a target that supposed to be reached everyday. We were trained on how to provide a good customer service to customers.

A place to learn and grow
normal nine to five. Demanding yet fulfilling. I have a viby and productive working relationship with my coworkers. That patience is virtue and communication skills are fundamental when you deal with clients especially in retail. Seeing a satisfied and happy customer for me always makes my day. It�s exciting to know each customer got their value for their money. The most challenging aspect is actually trying find challenge in the work that do. normal nine to five. Demanding yet fulfilling.
