I learnt dealingI worked at Pick n Pay for 2 years from 2017 - 2019, within that short period of time I settled well thanks to welcoming staff and the assistance I received on my first day. I had good working relationship with all my colleagues and my superiorst. I learnt dealing with customers in a very polite and professional manner, the most difficult days were during month ends as we would experience huge numbers of customers walking in, and we had to work in a steady pace without making mistakes such as giving extra or shortening customer change. with customers in a very polite and professional manner, the most difficult days were during month ends as we would experience huge numbers of customers walking in, and we had to work in a steady pace without making mistakes such as giving extra or shortening customer change.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning as I walked at different departments such a being a teller, butchery and fruit n veg and a packer
