Ok grocer Soshanguve where I've worked there was sometimes unpleasant working conditions because they will hire on daily basis. SMOST of the staff will only work a month and not come back because of 1200 monthly payments

Hardworking ;enjoy work in a team and fast learner
Its good to work in PNP even through the jobs is challenging and it graves us opportunities to apply for diferent positions ;it teaches you to respect ;accommodate people with different attires.I have learned to accommodation pressure and have understanding with my shifts mostly it came me experience in different departments.

I got excellent customer services through pick n pay
I was selling cellphones and promoting them to the customers when we have special and also registering their sim cards. I was operating a till and processing bills payments, making sassa payments. Operating lotto machines, bokkings bus and flight tickets for customers. Also doing stocktaking to balance the stock. Changing price lable on our shelfs. Applications for tv licenses of customers. Giving explanation to customers about any promotion that runs in the store.
Pros: Training new people on how to operate tills

Fast pace
Higley competitive, fast pace and reactions are very much needed to be able to get thought your daily tasks. It a place where you really get pushed to the best of your abilities thus also finding yourself in the process.

It was a good working environment.
It is great working for pick n pay im still working there but has a person you need to grow and follow what you desire and you dreams. I have a good relationship with my colleague, supervisors and managers. The working hour along and the is no overtime and sunday is a normal day. What I learn is to be patient with customers and how to work with money, challenges in retail in are hard customers.

Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)
