Produce, store man, shelf Packer and cashier
I did enjoy my time at pick n pay, we use to work as a team, time management. Great opportunity for promotion and knowledge, I was a smart shopper champion. I used to promote each and every special on the pamphlet. I used to work at inventory as a learning program, I even assist at fruit and veggies to assist our costumers so that they can find a good customer service.

Enjoy challenging myself
Day usually starts at 7 and ends at 4. First thing I do in mornings is to check orders going into stores 2 days from today, engage different stakeholders such as the category planners as well as DC personel. Everyone knows me by name, and I prefer talking through a call as that is fast and gets straight to the point. I always look for additional work to do, or how can I help the other person next to me. I enjoy the fact that there is no micro management, you do what you have to do in order to meeting your daily and weekly deliverables. Challenging because information isnt always easy to get as well as we find ourselves working long hours on days where we must sort out certain issues as well as during peak

Hardworking ;enjoy work in a team and fast learner
Its good to work in PNP even through the jobs is challenging and it graves us opportunities to apply for diferent positions ;it teaches you to respect ;accommodate people with different attires.I have learned to accommodation pressure and have understanding with my shifts mostly it came me experience in different departments.

Employee development is key
wish to apply for the advertised position I have worked as bop operator from 1999 and later in 2003 was promoted to brewing technician with sab newlands. In 2012 I joined pick n pay retail as receiving Data capturer and was promoted to receiving manager in 30 August 2014 , and later on 31 August 2014, assumed position of overall store management till 2020. I am in possession of diploma in human resources management in cput and later studied Nqf level 5 in supply chain management with the university of Pretoria.

Experienced
I have worked for the above company for 7 years without being recognized,and i always go extra mile and wherever i am being tasked i make sure before i knock off i finish that task but i am being overlooked. My relationship with my superior is amazing. The challenging part is when my department manager left me with the department, i make sure that nothing disturb me. I normally work 6 hours for a day and its not good to be in one place for a very long time because you might not enjoy anymore

Adapting Easily To New Challenges
This is a great company it the people that are mixed together and make it a home for everyone. Long hours are always there in retail but if employees are happy working together that makes it easy. Management Sometimes they just make the rules sitting in their high office they don't how it goes down inside the shop. Sometimes we feel pain coz they seem not to care
