It has been a challenging experience
Dear sir/ madam I saw your ad online and I would like to apply for the secretary position at your firm. I am currently working at Planet fitness in Moreleta Park Pretoria as an Administrative Assistant. I have gained some experience through working as a receptionist and now in administration and I would like to know more. I completed my LLB at the university of Venda in 2016. I do not have experience in working in a law firm but I am a fast learner and I believe that I will come up to your expectations as a candidate in your Firm. I am a person accustomed to team work through my involvement in sport and community engagement programmes In terms of handling pressure, I am convinced that my experience in working in a gym demonstrate that I am able to deal calmly with stressful situations and difficult people. Wonderfull Health and fitness
I really enjoy working at Planet Fitness. When entering the facility, the warm and friendly welcome you get by reception staff to floor staff just make you enjoy your day. The sales team always friendly to admin manager, no matter how much pressure they under they control it. I have learnt so much at the company most importantly that team work is important ONE PLANET ONE TEAM. Most challenging aspect of the job I'll say is the difficult customers we had to deal with, but with listening, eye contact and trying to help as far as your knowledge you can have a happy customer at the end of the day.

Excellent learning curve
Daily banking, sale figures and club auditing Keeping up to daily deadlines as per requirement of the company policy Interacting with all staff within reception and sales Ensuring reception front of house on manual contracts , medical visit and receipts are accurately captured to ensure member satisfaction. Sales team risk and compliance policy adhered to daily Interacting with members, queries and helping identify incorrect information or debit orders Cenclean, ensuring keeping to promise of unhappy members in getting a job done Work to the best of my ability and meet month end final figures deadline My interaction with staff this far has been challenging but I don't have enemies. I love my job as I enjoy the daily task requirement

Work hard, long hours. You get out what u put in. Sales sales sales KPIs KPIs KPIs..
Work hard and smart.. Money follows. Changing people's lives everyday, getting my sales team to top to achieve all there goals is priceless. Basic plus comission. Commission is always where there money is, I started as a consultant with a R5000 basic. I walked away with over 25k everymonth got promoted to manager after being sales consultant of the year 2017, the gym I ran is now the bench mark for what is possible and the expectation was risen. There's opertunity to grow if you work hard do what's expected plus everything more.

Cons: Forget 45hours a week. 90-100hours a week of you want top Money.

Excelent learning curve
We normaly take an hour work out session early in the morning before our team meeting. Then its a 15min team briefing followed by one on one with sales manager. Mostly team target for the day and set individual targets. We always work in groups but you deal with clients one on one. the most challenging part is making sure they sign and they have alll the needed paper work.

Great learning curve
As a sales consultant withing the fitness industry i learned alot as i met so many different types of people coming from different companies amd some owning their own therefore it was nothing but a great learning curve for me however its a very challenging job with daily and monthly targets.

A typical day at planet fitness includes: Robot drop offs Outreach (going to various schools corporates to promote the brand and get new leads) Calling and setting up of appointments with various prospective clients. Meeting and introducing prospective clients to the gym. Needs analysis Price presentations Diary management Sales

I am an ambitious, self-starter, goal driven and independent thinker who makes things happen. I do not have much working experience, but I am a fast learner and have willingness to learn. I am computer literate, have good communication and people skills. My short term goal is to find an opportunity where I can learn, grow and make a meaningful contribution.

Physical Interactions
My typical work days are fascinating simply because the environment isnt healthy but i still make sure i have myself a productive day at the end of the day. My relationship with my co-workers is extremely out of this world simply because i always make sure that i leave a smile on each and everyones face. They ragard me as their mood changer,beacause i am their happy place. I have learnt that a workplace is my second home, therefore I need to stay a happy soul I am and of course I learnt a lot about team work and all obstacles that comes in handy with it. The most challenging aspects of this current job is having to be polite and calm with members who just come through and insult you for doing what you were being taught and having to feel like a total loser because nobody has your back. What is enjoy most is having a physical interaction with different people and obviously getting to know them.
