Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Team Leader
My background experience is in Payroll and Statutory Requirements with HR policies and procedures accustomed accordingly with legislation requirements. SAGE People, VIP Classic and Premium systems, old Dos payroll systems, and benefit administration and reconciliations; capture and calculate packages, payroll data, salary adjustments, terminations unpaid leave, sickness payments, pro-data salaries, and time sheets; oversee processing and reconciliations for submission to SARS PAYE, UIF, and SDL and Workman’s compensation; and provide feedback to management.

Excellent opportunities to execute the roles and responsibilities
It is good to work for Bidvest Prestige Cleaning Services as I was directly interact with people. I had an excellent working relationship with my colleagues including Senior management within the company. I've leant lot from senior management as I ended up been promoted to senior management level. senior management as lot lot

Excellent Learning Curve
A typical day at work includes providing breakfast, helping children gets dressed, educating the children with school work, driving to activities. I have a good relationship with my boss. We know how to work together and compromise. I have learned to be more flexible, compromising and patient.

Good persons person, leader and team player

Doing the Health and Safety for Servest Cleaning and successfully implemented ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Work environment hectic and very challenging. Relationship with co-workers and client excellent.
I have worked with Retail clients such as Makro, Massbuilt and Dischem. My work environment was hectic and challenging however I had a very good relationship with my co-workers and clients. I have worked with huge amount of data which was also very challenging. Never a dull moment at work. I have liked the teamwork the most.
Pros: Learnt a lot about working in a retail market with huge amount of data. Very challenging
Cons: Long working hours. Management support not very good and team work non-existing after we lost the Massmart contract .
