Great experience overall
Great company to work for, no growth opportunities, good pressure to make more money, but minimum support from the executives., I say this because I had moved to work in a referent area with an intention of moving back home as soon as there was a vacant post, positions came but they ended up recruiting externally for those positions closer to my home, so that made me feel devalued and not respected

Great experience running a National Mall
Great experience building and running a National Mall ,Being on Standby 24/7/365 is demanding ,hand pick and train your staff ,Develop policies and procedures on site in order to run the business without Injury to anyone ,work close to your staff ,know their needs ,happy staff is productive staff ,ensure all contractors and sub contractors are familiar with site specific policies and procedures ,all staff on site to ensure that no loss or Injury occurs due to misconduct or foul play

Great learning curve, good understanding of technology and related
With my last position I was responsible for commenting and diagnosing problems with system architechtures. We would have daily meetings to discuss the specific architechture that is in need of remedy. Thereafter we will generate a kaban task last and start the work stream to finish the actual task. Daily we would track the existing task and ensure that its actually finished or if not what is still outstanding. The people that I was working with was very specific on how they required the work to be done, so I ensured that the deliverables was inline with work expectation.

Potential unrealised.
Wonderful co-workers and culture. An environment that allowed for a lot of opportunity to try new things and take ownership. I learnt a lot during my time there. Difficult Managing Director who lacked the ability to to be accountable and to plan effectively, which lead to poor sales. In summary the business had a great team but poor leadership.
