A typical day at RCS entails verifying customers documents i.e. bank statements and payslips , verifying income from those documents and processing New account and loan applications. Working a RCS for the almost two years has broadend my knowledge about the financial industry where certain aspects are concerned and also how we do business in comparison to our competitors.The most challenging thing about my role at RCS is the drastic changes that happens within a short period of time which I do enjoy however the long working hours that goes with the role can be stressful and exhausting at the same time. Growth opportunity is also limited to only a certain extent and I'm looking for something more balanced i.e working Monday to Friday,growth opportunity etc

Pros: Great opportunity to find your feet in the financial industry
Cons: Shifts with long overtime hours and working weekends,occasional growth opportunity

I believe that I am a hardworking and well organised, disciplined individual. I consider it important to strive for self-development and endeavours at all times to perform my functions and duties with dedication and to respect the individuals I work with whether it be staff or customers

When putting the client first it makes thing much easier for you

Good Day Working for RCS is good, i see the company going olaces because they promote their employees and belief in them aswell I enjoyed working with Customers and solving their queries,working in my team we were and are still like family. What challenged me at RCS was being promoted to Night Shift because i wanted to further my studing in Business Admin but soon i once again proved to myself that i can do it The reason for me leaving is the try something different. When i arrived at RCS i considered myself as a hatching,in 6 months i went from the hatching to one of the best agents with the lowest AHT and QA score in the call centre I have hardworking and always give 100%

A day at RCS is like any other day in the working environment when it's a contact centre you get the busy days and your quiet days. Challenges is when the decision makers make decision without notifying the agents of those decisions. All people in the business is friendly. Within the period of time working at RCS i've learned to have patience.

Eg Excellent learning curve

I have developed to be a team player and also good at working individually, a normal day is to process loan and cards applications,capturing data and making calls to verify income,being able to work under pressure and still putting more attention to detail. most challenging is when you verify the income and call customer for missing information or getting clarity for income,then customers would beg or tell you to approve the application where as he doesn't have an income.

Good communication skills

I enjoy the most working with people alone if necessary, we work over times and weekends, with my colleagues we do our best to reach target. Every day we have meetings, about how can we increase our sales.

Excellent learning curve

Good company with a lot to learn. Best company to start at as an entry employee. Company has many chances for an individual to grow. They have good training facilities and a good environment to work in. High paced environment with multi systems to juggle.

Good learning curve

I focus mainly on drafting contracts but is involved in negotiations with counter parties and get exposed to the business side. I enjoy working with my colleagues and have a good relationship with most managers and executives. I have learned a lot about business, company structures and have developed my drafting and company secretarial skills. I enjoy being exposed to high profile transactions and travelling abroad. The most challenging aspect of my job is managing different personalities to achieve a common goal.

Pros: There are opportunity for promotion and working abroad within the group
Cons: A lot of politics, mediocrity is acceptable and no accountability

Excellent service

For the past year Rcs has been a great company to work with thoughted me how to work with different people , being curiouse about working with different culture.Rcs was a warm , friendly invironment and the management serve their employer with open door policy they always have time for individuals.

You'll only be working there for the vibe

It's a nice place to go to everyday. The people and the vibe about the place is pleasant and not too stressful. The downfall is when it comes to remuneration. Going in, you're told that you'll be receiving a basic salary (which is nothing to brag about) and uncapped commissions. What you aren't told however is that the commission is based on how much sales can be made from the leads that runs out halfway through the month and so does your ability to make commission. With insanely high targets and terrible leads, you can get so close to your target and still not get any recognition.

Pros: The people are amazing and the hours aren't bad
Cons: The commission may be uncapped, but the leads aren't.
