I have learnt to multitasking skills, assertiveness towards clients etc and in general.

I have learnt that most companies need candidates that have a multi skills. RCS has showed to me that no matter what pressure one might go under, you need to prioritize. I enjoy reading a lot nd socializing with different people mostly opposite race nd culture to learn more.

Pros: Management
Cons: I have been working nightshifts for the last 18months and I enjoyed them and overtimes of up to 12hours sometimes.

Its a friendly environment, joyful and peaceful and a lot of incentives bonuses

It is great place to be at and we engage with each other a lot and it's a place to grow, learn more about others and its family like compan... We have the best time with eachother we have small causes we do Outings, out reached, marathons and all

I am a dedicated and hardworking person I would like to earn more than I was earning before. I am willing to do my work to the best of my abilities. I like teamwork and assisting where I can.

Pros: my typical work day is to set a target and to make use I reach my target. working with my colleagues makes my day much easier and fun. I have learned a lot and I am willing to share my ideas of what I have gained during the day. I love working in fun and hardworking environment.
Cons: most challenging aspect is to go above my expectation by doing my best even if It includes working more hours than expected

Too low

No work life balance. High rate of staff leaving and bad management style .Always a miscommunication issue and people are not willing to adapt to change.

A typical day at work would be answering calls negotiating total due amounts.

Rcs was good place to work the working environment was fun and energetic I learnt a lot from the other employees I was I was challenged when I had to meet my monthly target

Retail Experience

The typical work day would be dealing with customers who want to apply for credit as well as any queries regarding they account or cards. I maintain a good relationship with my colleagues so that the working environment and they seem to like me. I am a friendly and polite person who dedicated to providing the best possible service. The most challenging aspect of the job are dealing with tough customers who are difficult to please. Although it may be challenging I do have experience in dealing with these customers and have developed the skill of keeping them happy. I have learnt more people skills and professionalism dealing with clients. I enjoyed working with my colleagues the most.

Excellent working environment

A typical work day is busy and competitive, relationships with colleagues are heathy, have learnt a lot from my current company always up skulking employees, I enjoy the environment the most because it’s always a good vibe

Cons: Salary is below average for the type of work that’s being done

Learning curve

It is a great opportunity to start of career, it helps in gaining confidence. I work well with my colleagues, we respect ànd help each other. I have learned how to interact with customer, to strive to reach the target. I enjoy meeting different people, resolving problems.

Excllent learning curve

Rcs its financial company assisting people on affordable loan when ever you need, a througher credit check is done. But when comes to thier employees they are not fully taken care of.

Pros: good for meeting new people
Cons: working on weekend

Good for first time job experience

Company dose not give employees a chance to say anything.. employees should only follow orders even if they not ethical . Management does not include employees in decisions there’s no communication between management and employees

Pros: Not much opportunities
Cons: Long working hours
