Good for gaining work experience
Rcs is very good company and since I do not have any responsibilities the money issue does not really get to me. I've learnt a lot from the company and I am still learning . The company itself is great , the working hours are not that bad .Next year I will be studying so I'm looking for a company that will allow me to work night shift.
Pros: Company is great and the working space is just full of energy

Excellent learning curve
its a very friendly enviroment,working under pressure because you have to meet some certain target,learning new things every day,working as a team most amazing thing helping each other what i enjoy the most about my job is incentives its actually motivates me to work more harder.

I have learnt more about people and the importance of giving best customer experience
I have grown a lot as person, i enjoy working with people, team work, made a lot of friends in my time at the call centre. What i like most about my job its when i have made customer happy, resolved the query .Customer is happy and aswell as the company that is wonderful for me. I strive to achieve the goals and the targets of my job. Rcs has given me opportunity to learn more about people and be client survey.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth they have different departments
Cons: Longs hours and their overtime is compulsory

Good learning curve
I focus mainly on drafting contracts but is involved in negotiations with counter parties and get exposed to the business side. I enjoy working with my colleagues and have a good relationship with most managers and executives. I have learned a lot about business, company structures and have developed my drafting and company secretarial skills. I enjoy being exposed to high profile transactions and travelling abroad. The most challenging aspect of my job is managing different personalities to achieve a common goal.
Pros: There are opportunity for promotion and working abroad within the group
Cons: A lot of politics, mediocrity is acceptable and no accountability

Customer service and Communication is my strongest skills
I am a hardworker with good communication skills and customer service. My typing skills are not 100%, I have gained more experience and exposure from different companies . I am a good team player and enjoy working with people for people, Helping customers and working for them I enjoy and that is why my communication is in the top level. I also enjoy solving problems and making decisions. I go an extra mile to assist customer internal and external.
Pros: I gained excellent service certificate at metropolitan and my project managemant certificat I had distinction

My track record in sales is impecable.
I have managed sales teams as small as 11 agents up to teams of 30 successfully at RCS. I have easily adapted to the culture at RCS. I have built strong relationships across the business internally and externally. I have been fortunate to have been included in management and leadership courses sponsored by the company which I have completed. I have been in sales for over 10 years. I enjoy being the difference at new companies.
Pros: Great culture, has lots of potential to be great
Cons: Experience people leaving all the time which sets company back

I'm fast learner and I'm proccess driven,I don't easily give up I go extra mile with customer to provide the best service and I take good advices from good peaple in work environment.

I have learnt to multitasking skills, assertiveness towards clients etc and in general.
I have learnt that most companies need candidates that have a multi skills. RCS has showed to me that no matter what pressure one might go under, you need to prioritize. I enjoy reading a lot nd socializing with different people mostly opposite race nd culture to learn more.
Pros: Management
Cons: I have been working nightshifts for the last 18months and I enjoyed them and overtimes of up to 12hours sometimes.
