Excellent working environment

Good working structure but not a lot of chances to grow in the company. There is no off days at work everyday is nice to work. I have learned alot for the time working here of things i did not know of.

Excellent learning curve

Approaching and convincing clients to take out the loan in a professional manner and handling objections everyday and reaching daily target and enjoyable work in deed.My skills of understanding people's differences has improve and also in terms of communication and building relationship with clients over the it's great!.I also enjoy challenges because the make individual grow and master the process and the environment is awesome.

Unexpected disappointment

Tools provided to work are not enough. Basic salary for contract work is not good Great place Great sense of family For such a big company it's disappointing to see people working for little money and those who do are capped on commission if they really do know what is uncapped commission

Pros: Great people to work with in teams. Positive
Cons: Commission structure not as it seems, basic salary not worth it

I Thabo Zono a recent graduate ive been expose in various position such to name few customer services, outbound sales, assistant bookkeeper, administrator, salesman and community liason. As mentioned before i have gained alot of experience in the workplace which i can say with confidence am up for any challenge ahead of me if only can be given an opportunity. Thank you

Excellent learning curve. Hardworking. Great communications skills

I am a matured, positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible at any given task. I possess excellent communication skills, and I have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I enjoy learning new things and I work perfectly just fine under pressure.

Good for first time job experience

Company dose not give employees a chance to say anything.. employees should only follow orders even if they not ethical . Management does not include employees in decisions there’s no communication between management and employees

Learning curve

It is a great opportunity to start of career, it helps in gaining confidence. I work well with my colleagues, we respect ànd help each other. I have learned how to interact with customer, to strive to reach the target. I enjoy meeting different people, resolving problems.

Excllent learning curve

Rcs its financial company assisting people on affordable loan when ever you need, a througher credit check is done. But when comes to thier employees they are not fully taken care of.

Pros: good for meeting new people
Cons: working on weekend
