GREAT INDICATION OF EVERY INQUIRY, PROBLEMS & PROBLEM SOLVING
AN EARLY START DAILY WITHOUT TAKING A LUNCH BREAK. PERIODICALLY TOLD THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH HOURS THEN I AM TOLD TO GO HOME UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NO COMPENSATION OTHER THAN HOURS WORKED. I HAVE A UNIQUE WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL COLLEAGUES AND RESPECT IS MUTUAL. I'VE LEARNED TO EXCEPT SOMETHINGS THAT ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL, HOWEVER STILL AIM FOR EXCELLENCE. MOST CHALLENGING IS THE UNKNOWN FUTURE OF MY WORKING CAREER. I BELIEVE IT IS A TIME FOR CHANGE AND NO LONGER EXPLOITATION. FOR ANY CANDIDATE WITH QUALIFICATIONS WHICH I HAVE EARNED, I WORK ON A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT BEING GIVING NOTICE AT ANY GIVING MOMENT.

Excellent relationship with colleagues. I have learned vlook up
Relationship: Excellent relationship with colleagues. Enjoy Most: Investigate if customer claims that they were invoiced incorrectly, make sure that the book has NOT reached 90 days+. Learning: Learning new ways how to use Excel. Challenging: To make sure that all accounts are up to date and incoming funds received on time. Work day: Allocate payments from bank statement, follow up on funds not received, sent out letter of demands and email recon to the customer's.

A typical work day:
A typical work day started at 07h00 to ensure that all staff is on duty. Orders for the day will be issued and completed reports for the previous day submitted. We where one big family and helped where ever we could. The biggest challenge in the business was that all decisions wad made in a heartbeat and without proper input from management. I have learned to be patient and not impulsive when it comes to decision making and also to treat people with respect.

This was an interesting experience. this was an excellent learning curve.
this was an excellent learning curve. My day started with online teaching at 8.30 - 4.30 and I taught between 8 and 24 students on a daily basis. I loved the challenge of teaching English to foreign adults and children. It was interesting and very informative, to understand how other cultures live. I had a good relationship with my co-workers, I was here to do my work, and the social activities were a bonus. I am good at my job, I am hardworking and diligent, and very reliable.

As a former Project Manager, I have experience in maintenance procedures of buildings.
As a former Project Manager, I have experience in maintenance procedures of buildings. I also have experience managing contractors doing certain tasks on site. On a OHS basis, I am a qualified Fire Fighter and First Aider. I also can ensure that all fire fighting equipment is maintained and operational. I also have experience managing teams of cleaners and yard maintenance workers. I also can ensure that all workers and contractors keep to the OHS standards while working on the premises. I am fully bilingual and can effectively communicate with anyone. I am also fully computer literate. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I have experience as a Project Manager. I have my own vehicle and I am available immediately. My maturity, practical experience and attention to detail will make me an excellent Property or Facilities Manager.

Determined, people's person, willing to learn, positive, committed
- calling on clients, ensuring the client is satisfied and happy, cold calling, daily reports, doing returns if necessary, emailing, processing orders if need be - very good I have always gotten on very well with Management right down to the cleaning staff :-) - to work hard, reach targets, a mistake is always a lesson learnt keep positive no matter what and always smile at clients even if you don't feel like smiling, you are the face of the company - meeting and working with people, converting a client to my product - challenges with clients, stock unavailability, making target, gaining a new clients -
Pros: Loved working where I worked, was committed, loved my product, loved meeting and working with new clients, loved travelling
Cons: Very sad to leave, worked for my last company for almost 9 year's, miss my clients and co workers

Good experience
Manage and plan work for the day. Analyses and improve Plant efficiency. Manage day to day activite. Attend to staff issues. Motivate and coach staff. I had an excellent relationship with staff. I have learnt the different work culture. I enjoy coaching and motivating employees. Challenge is to try and get staff/ employees to look at things differently especially when they are set in the way they do things.

Excellent learning opportunity
MRP Logistics taught me a lot, I am the person I am today because of the opportunities that were open to me as an employee and I welcomed them all. Working at MRP Logistics was never boring instead we were almost like a family. I miss it a lot. I have a house today because of that company.

I want to be at great value for your company
I am pationate to comunicate to my co workers and teams. i am good listner and like to be a problem solver. I am a good leader to motivate production teams to be the best performers. i am very proud on my workplace and driven hard to keep the workplace to standard and healthy at all times .i always push hard to achieve daily and montly targets.
