As a former Project Manager, I have experience in maintenance procedures of buildings.
As a former Project Manager, I have experience in maintenance procedures of buildings. I also have experience managing contractors doing certain tasks on site. On a OHS basis, I am a qualified Fire Fighter and First Aider. I also can ensure that all fire fighting equipment is maintained and operational. I also have experience managing teams of cleaners and yard maintenance workers. I also can ensure that all workers and contractors keep to the OHS standards while working on the premises. I am fully bilingual and can effectively communicate with anyone. I am also fully computer literate. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I have experience as a Project Manager. I have my own vehicle and I am available immediately. My maturity, practical experience and attention to detail will make me an excellent Property or Facilities Manager.

Determined, people's person, willing to learn, positive, committed
- calling on clients, ensuring the client is satisfied and happy, cold calling, daily reports, doing returns if necessary, emailing, processing orders if need be - very good I have always gotten on very well with Management right down to the cleaning staff :-) - to work hard, reach targets, a mistake is always a lesson learnt keep positive no matter what and always smile at clients even if you don't feel like smiling, you are the face of the company - meeting and working with people, converting a client to my product - challenges with clients, stock unavailability, making target, gaining a new clients -
Pros: Loved working where I worked, was committed, loved my product, loved meeting and working with new clients, loved travelling
Cons: Very sad to leave, worked for my last company for almost 9 year's, miss my clients and co workers

I want to be at great value for your company
I am pationate to comunicate to my co workers and teams. i am good listner and like to be a problem solver. I am a good leader to motivate production teams to be the best performers. i am very proud on my workplace and driven hard to keep the workplace to standard and healthy at all times .i always push hard to achieve daily and montly targets.

Physical work
Cut the grass. Fit pipes for toilet, basin, shower, geazer and zink, fit piping for electrical. Painting of complete building. Mount roof trusses and fit roof sheets. Do ceilings. Fit doors. Fit window's. Fit window glass. Repair steel window pains. Just loving doing physical work.
Pros: Great to be able to work with hands

40 years in Power Generation eskom plants
Drive daily to Power station to COMMISSIONING plant after construction was completed. Very satisfied when new refurbishment was completed. Daily challenge to see plant in operation after COMMISSIONING was done

Excellent learning curve
Very good experience but no potential for growth , sadly because of the poor financial state of the economy and the company’s financial growth.I was forced to agree to retrenchment.

Very valuable experience as far as Networking and client relationship building is concerned .
Extremely valuable Learning experience as far as Business networking and client relationship building is concerned .Related I very well to Co-workers , aquired unique skills to improve one on one customer meetings .Achieved success with Mining Industry through System Integrators . Biggest challenge is getting through to the right person .

Excellent learning curve
I am a hardworking, quick learner, and is willing to learn knew things. I treat people with respect, an can be quite witty at times. I love working with people.
