Fast learner, team player and solution orientated.
My day to day duties is to repudiate,object or concede merits on claims on behalf of RAF and to write to claimant to acknowledge and confirm receipt of their claims and advise about status regarding repudiation,objection or acceptance of the claim.
Pros: good listener and patient

Establishing a new Department
When I joined the RAF I have to establish a new department that didn't previously exist. I enjoyed benchmarking and the development of new policies and strategies and the implementation thereof. Employees at the RAF are very friendly and it is great working with all of them, however there is a huge entitlement mentality, and the more the organisation give, the more the employees want. I have learnt that I am stronger than what I think and that I can do more than what I give myself credit for.
Pros: Organisation that pays very well
Cons: Strong unionised environment with minimum resources

I've done matric
The reason I leave I want to be on other field and lean new things and be with, good people and I like team work and show my skills. I will also work hard to make make sure I done my work very well and meet the daily targets and make sure I meet the deadlines.

Working at RAF
Everyday you learn something new.I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. I learnt a lot about MCA lawa. I enjoy new challenges and find ways to reaolve them.The challenging aspect is when client can't be located and the file is urgently.

Excellent
I was doing an intern program and I have had a, great opportunity to learn more about the the mission and objectives of the organization. It was a good experience for me and I have learned and experience al ot of hard working and also to improve on my expect as an individual.
