Working for the road accident fund has brought a wealth of experience for me
I am a team player, so working with other colleagues has been a life long learning curve . over the years working at the fund, I have learnt to work hard, learnt to be dedicated and always go an extra mile. the most challenging aspect is lack of growth , and never getting challenged

Limited growth
its a good company for someone looking into break into government but with limited growth opportunities. after the years that I have spent at the company which is almost 5years I feel no-longer challenged and motivated to go beyond my expectations the is nothing much that as a PA TO EXPRIENCE. as

I've done matric
The reason I leave I want to be on other field and lean new things and be with, good people and I like team work and show my skills. I will also work hard to make make sure I done my work very well and meet the daily targets and make sure I meet the deadlines.

Excellent exposure to the claims environment
My duties included, filling and sorting of claims lodged, claims registration, verification and validation of claims to compliance. Investigation and merits on claims lodged to determine whether the claim deserves compensation or is fraud. Processing and updating information and changes of claims made on the 'Claims View and VV Systems. Ensuring external stakeholder engagement (e.g Road shows, consulting with claimants, families, consulting with service providers and direct claimants. As well as releasing files to the next department ot claims handler processing claims. Others included capturing invoices data in the system (MIS), and assisting senior colleagues with undertaking consultations and letters/certificates. sourcing of suppliers, SAP, Purchase order, negotiation with suppliers, registration on database, communication with different service providers. the most challenging part of the job is dealing with service providers who are rude but the working with different characters helps to learn different people
