Well spoken and ability work under pressure
I have gain more experience working on SAP. Proactively working as a member of a team. Also writing and submitting report. Attending calls that are logged by our client and making sure that we don't go back for the very same call again.
Pros: NO OPPOTUNITIES FOR PROMOTIONS
Cons: not difficult organisation to work for

Learned how to work with customers and stakeholders
My company is to big not have sattelite offices im each and every town. We treat our claimants at the best level. As we are there to rehebilitate their lives. Ubuntu is part of our ethics. We have pride in what we do

Cons: Doing extra targets must be rewarded and long service doesn't only derseve certificate rewards must be includled

Customer service
It's nice working there, working as teams but you also work alone. You able to ask if there's something you don't understand from your teammates. You must be always prioritizing your urgent deadlines. I was verry productive and delivering at the raf. I was processing medical payments on a daily basis and making caregiver payments and also making sure that all payments are made timeously it was a good working environment with a strong team. I managed to reach targets. I have established myself and can now cope in managing various departments at the same time
