Excellent Learning curve

My career
my normal day at work is interesting with the cases that are being reported everyday and dealing with external stakeholders makes it even more interesting. my co-workers are experienced and it makes my job easy because work flow easily. I have learned that corruption destroys lives and people wont stop until they are in the deep and they don't think of the consequences. I have leaned to compile a report and quality assure it before it goes to the Senior manager for approval I enjoy working in a team and learning new things everyday. The most challenging task its when its the end of a quarter because deadlines must be met and the work I submit must be of quality.

Everything was excellent get more skills and work with pressure that's what I wanted. I enjoyed everytime I went to work because I like to learn every single day. I wish I can get another job like my current job.

Learned a lot from different departments
Have obtained many trainings or developments to equip me to be an asset in any company that can hire me.Road accident fund is the very good company to work for.Chances of advancement are in place.Its up to the employees to grab those opportunistic. By applying for other companies I just need a change hence I worked on most of the departments at RAF.Hoping my RAFexperience will be considered.More than keen to sell myself in any company that can give that privilege of hiring me. When I started at RAF I was not equipped they moulded me to be what I am.Thus I can confidently say, I am the best candidate that can be an asset within a month after my training of the system of that particular company.

I have just obtain diploma in level 4 and jumping to level 5
Nkanyiso was rewarded for perfect attendance in 2012 back at Metropolitan Health and the same with Road Accident Fund in 2016 and best behavior in 2017. A motivated, responsible, accountable, dedicated, helpful, respectful, honest and a clear understanding of Fund Rules. He has completed Diploma in Procurement and Supply level 4 and a member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). He has an excellent communication, time management and project management skills, an enthusiastic and presentable individual who enjoys being part of a productive team and he is quick to grasp new concepts, developing creative solutions to a problem and I must say he work very well under pressure. Nkanyiso is proficient in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, SAP and Power Point.

I'm currently working as Training Manager
I'm currently working as direct marketing consultant at FM Direct Marketing. I'm promoting Makro Credit Card to the customers, I was promoting Pick n Pay Smart Shopper Credit Cards before I started to promote Makro Credit Facility Cards. I'm enjoying the atmosphere at work and also the relationship that I have with my manager and my colleagues is woooow!
Pros: I got promoted to a training manager within the period of two weeks

I have 12 years of experience in Claims. The skills I have developed over the years have shaped me into the individual that I am today. I am able to display dynamism when tackling challenging tasks, along with an innovative and pro-active approach. I take the initiative to make decisions that are deem fit and within my scope of employment. Considering my temporary position as an Acting Senior Officer, I developed my own people management skills and leadership qualities. Planning and organising my diary and my work on a daily basis is what I consider important to be productive in any working environment.
