Im your best canidate with my mechanical knowledge and electrical back round you cant go wrong Im also finishing my S4 Mechanical Engineering Diploma in october and got great anagement skills Im a self driven guy that likes challenges and get sollutions for problems I get along with people easily and like team work as well as do my own reseaches

Ambitious person ,easy to learn ,and energetic person.

Supervision role on subordinates. Coaching of subordinates. Inspection of plant and final products for quality. Doing IDPs for Subordinates( Individual Development Programme). SAP time management HR. First line maintenance.

Pros: Great opportunity to career growth.
Cons: working 12 hours shift when one supervisor is not at work.

Enormous learning curve as manager and person.

Samancor is a large diverse mining company allowing exposure and growth. The company strive towards performance regocnition and social development. Samancor drives community upliftment through various projects and invest in the areas they operate in. Samancor is also a good company to enhance your skills as you are exposed to all aspects of the business. Samancor also delivers on promise and goals are clear to all roleplayers.

Route cource annalis on sites

Working as a facilitator and my hours is from 07h30 to 16h00. I am not working weekends and the company dies not pay overtime instead we can lay off time. We are a small group at rhe training centre and every pay weekend on a friday we are having a braai. Yust a get together. What i love about my job is when the company adked me to go and do a site visit ( Route cource Annalisis). To determine what is the reasons the production is low. We close year end early and 5hat time i put inleave .

It is a foundation that made me who i currently am

My day is hrctic but manageable,that i cab br the best even under pressure and i enjoy working with people from diverse culture as i am very adaptive,lack of communication by supervisor is my challenge

Pros: career development but promotion is scarce
Cons: normal working hours but workload can be too much sometimes
