Dont learn

Getting difference challenges everyday because I specialist on rigging most of time especially on rigging studies plus inspection on lifting equipments of the whole plants

Excellent leadership

Their training depends on you. It is a fun but difficult to get to know everything on the mine. Overtime is a must some times because not all the work can be done in the week. Spears are always a problem so it makes the work difficult. No substanderd work is allowed on the mine and that is a bonus.

Was good learning curve

Was a great experience to work for the mine. Was very productive experience which I got and learned alot especially with different type of ethnic groups.

Hard worker,enjoy doing or experiencing other jobs .

TheGood company,i enjoyed working there even the supervisors treat us with respect..And never judge what we do but help us wehere we go wrong.even the employees always do their jobs and always there on time everything is perfect there.
