Excellent in Good working environment.I do my best and more

I am a fast learner, I have learnt to work under extreme pressure, I like the most about the company is its diversity, culture of putting its Human Resources (employees)

Pros: with skills and experience I am working to prove my self that I am worth the promotion if posible
Cons: I go extra hours of work duristictions, over time working in weekend if asked

Learning curve it was much how to do this in time balancing between time , quality ,safety and cost

I was working on convertor belts ,extruders,with a big gearboxes. I got good relationship with employees and managers,. I have learnt how to work with difficult and good employees so to learn how to deal with difficult situations with the Ork place

Commitment is a life style

I'm always on time and punctual not just on myself but on my tasks at hand as well . Never give up an never leave a task unfinished. Safety always comes first it doesn't matter what the reason . I'm also very trustworthy and has a brought knowledge of my work and als keen on learning new skills. Kind regards Barend graham
