Management doesnt always know what to do. Great people that works with you. Low area and small work spaces make work difficult .plenty of challenges regarding spare availability but always got the job done

New challenges in logistics

I am currently working as logistics Practitioner at Samancor Tubatse ferrochrome for more than 11years and I completed my B-Tech degree in production and Operations management at Tswane university of technology.

Poor payment

Working at Samancor is great if you have no expectations regarding salary or if you have no interest in being able to be self sufficient. Work relationships are always getting mixed with politics. A normal day consists of working your fingers to the bone only to be poorly compensated.

I cope very well under pressure good

-I planned ahead my daily inspections I hv a very good working relationship with both maintenance and production employees -I'm learning every day when it comes to engineering the plant challenges -starting a day or shift with toolbox talk and team building -plant breakdowns and fault findings
