I worked with public on daily basis. I had a good working relationship with colleagues. I learned that dealing with public you need to be very patient and understand different characters of people.

Good learning curve
develop yourself in different fields there are courses available where u can learn but u dont get any promtion for attending courses so its rather useless a person doesnt wven get paid for going on course very little overtime so u dont have that extra money to safe a persons salary doesnt even provide for all the personal expenses

Great public service performed
Dear sir/madam. I am an experienced Manager, both in the Operational and Instructor/Facilitation field at National level within the Safety and Security (high risk) environment. I have the knowledge, skills and qualifications as a Safety and Security supervisor, and have managed teams, platoons and numerous huge domestic events from a National perspective. I was responsible (and more importantly accountable) for capturing and analyzing data into the online intelligence software and aid in guiding the department on how crime analysis products should be used to combat crime and disorder problems within the environment. I will be an asset to your company and I will contribute hugely within company policies and standard operating procedures.

Exploring new challenges
My job gives a big room to expand your ability to resolve matters. It creates a space to have a good interpersonal relationship with other stakeholders. Though it has its challenges but I ensure that i always keep myself afloat. Investigation needs a lot of patience and open minded person to easily follow every lead and leave no stone unturned.
Pros: it creates a room for tolerance and to think out the box
Cons: I have to put extra efforts in order to achieve by working extra hours

Learning and gaining lot of experience
Working extra hours. Going extra mile by assisting other offices .meeting diffent people with different background and cultures. To treat the community with respect and always listen attentively and ensure that the customer is satisfied at all times. To know Batho Pele principle and practice it.

Administration Clerk and an Health and Safety representative.
I am currently doing the following duties: as Financial investigator/ Adminstration Clerk Acknowledge receipt of letter of Demand and capture on the system, conduct investigation on Civil Claims, Collission and Injury onduty, Investigate the cause of Caulission and injuries. Process the claims via department of Labour for IOD's. Liase with the State Attorney to arrange payment on Civil Claims. As a HSE representative. ensure that all requirements of the Acts are complied with by all members, reviewing effectiveness of HSE measures, identifying potential hazards and incidents in the work place. participating in internal health and safety audit, conduct OHS awareness.
Pros: working overtimes, working under preasure, willing to learn new things.
Cons: being late onduty and leaving early without permission or my commanders knowledge.

Investigating officer
im an investigating officer in the police service and i investigate cases and prepare cases to court and attend to court proceedings and give evidence in court and have been in the police for 10years of which 5years investigating dockets and i have been trained the the saps in various courses in investigation and have diploma in policing and currently studying forensic investigation and auditing in unisa and work well with teams and under pressure
Pros: i love being investigator and work towards reveiling the truth

When I'm working, I don't live any stone unturned
Maintaining the standard of my work it my first priority, keep my employer happy of the task he/she gave me, and handle all different problems meet on my way of work and detect cases.im always have good results in my cases that brings on my table.also willing to learn from the others.

Excellent
I am an investigator for criminal cases we attend cases collect exhibits convey victims to hospital for examination attend bail proceedings as well as trial liase with senior public prosecutors familiar with all cas functions willing to work additional hours if needed to increase service delivery working hand in hand with other members i did course in anti corruption and commercial crime with unisa also forensics accounting auditing with unisa i also went for cyber crime course as well as computor forensics course i think im ready to face new challengies as i have been with saps for almost 15 years as an investigator.
Pros: Yes im standing in a good position to see myself progressing.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long as im going to win.

Have grown a lot in terms of IT ang Program and Project Management
Displayed strong good interpersonal skills, communications, customer relations, liaison, organisational, strong leadership qualities, commitment, and determination. I enjoy working with diverse clients. I have a diploma in education. I am computer literate and I enjoy working in a team with minimal supervision.
