I have excellent telephone skills and etiquette,Customer focused attitude ,Good clear communication skills,excellent listening skills Display helpful and friendly attitude, good organising and planning skills Ability to operate under pressure ,Ability to work in a team and under pressure, Attention to detail , Demonstrates passion for providing service excellence and meeting targets.

Pros: My day starts about half an hour before normal on duty time so that I am well organized for the day ahead. In this order, I can prioritize the importance of the day and brief my peers on what is expected from them. I have learnt that to succeed in ones daily task team work and good relations are essential, I enjoyed the fast paste of my Job descriptions, always dealing with enquiries, constantly havng to train people so that they can understand what the importance is of this section when coming to their well being and seeing the satisfaction I get after thorough consultation with them. I would say my challenge is having to spoon feed management in order to reach my goal and target dates and definetly non compliance to instructions been given.
Cons: Non compliance to instruction that hampers to one's target and due dates

Ensuring the implimentation of the departmental procedures are abide by all employees. organising training needs for the employees. administer work studies of incumbents. .

Excellent

Helping domestic with finger print, dealing with issues at company fraud.solving fraud at community by crime prevention,leading youth desk in client leadership. Perfuming school talk and reaching students in substance of drugs abuse. Office performe filling application. Photocopy document for our stuff

Excellent learning curve

SAPS is a big and complex organisation which i have worked in many different divisions and in all the divisions, team work is important. In dealing with criminal cases, one has to apply many skills to make every case a success, skills such as interviewing, writing, listening, communication, computer literacy, knowing and applying the the law.

Excellent learning curve

My workday in the SAPS start even before I am on duty,I am the type of person who like to give my best and my positive and friendly attitude towards my co-workers always my the environment a positive one.I have learned alot in the SAPS as Investigator but I honestly feel that I can apply my skills outside and get even better results.I enjoy getting positive results and really enjoy it when my work is up to date one day before the time.I think the most challenging is working with difficult customers but I have learned that it is not always bad to get a bit of pressure from your supervisor.

Working at saps

The company is one of the large government department and it is quite fun to work at but has a lot of responsibilities. I'm still a junior but my post requires a lot of dedication and commitment. study of criminals and profiling is one of the exciting things one gets to do and it is interesting. though it is quite stress full due to high crime in south Africa it gives a lot of knowledge to me. I'm quite a fast leaner and enjoy working with teams.

Pros: one learns every day a new thing
Cons: opportunity for promotion is scarce

Excellent

I am an investigator for criminal cases we attend cases collect exhibits convey victims to hospital for examination attend bail proceedings as well as trial liase with senior public prosecutors familiar with all cas functions willing to work additional hours if needed to increase service delivery working hand in hand with other members i did course in anti corruption and commercial crime with unisa also forensics accounting auditing with unisa i also went for cyber crime course as well as computor forensics course i think im ready to face new challengies as i have been with saps for almost 15 years as an investigator.

Pros: Yes im standing in a good position to see myself progressing.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long as im going to win.

Further my career

I was working in the company for more than 20 Years and want to further my carrier to explore more additional experience and to face challenge.Im a supervise of more than 20 members and have experience on managerial level.The most challenging is to deals with criminals and work in a dangerous situation and enjoy working on operational situation.

ITS AN STEEPPING STONE TO SUCCESS

MY WORK DAYS ARE AS FOLLOWS,IWORK WITH DOCKETS,THE FILLING OF THEM THE ISSUING THEM OUT,COPIES ND BOOKING THEM TO THE DIDECTIVES,MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COMMANDERS IS VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND ME AND THY VALVUE MY PRESENT AT WORK,IHAVE LEARN THAT NOTHING COME EASY IN LIFE ALSO IHAVE LEARN THAT WORKING IN A COMPANY OR DEPRARTMENT IS VERY GOOD IT INTERCAT YOU WITH MANY THINGS,WHAT I ENJOY MOST IS HELPING PEOPLE THAT CAME TO APPLY ASSISTING THEM AND ALSO EXPLAINING TO MY COMMANDERS THE TASKS THAT THY UASULY GIVE US,THE MOST CHALLENGING OF MY JOB IS TO HAVE AN REQUEST OF FINDING THE DOCKET AND FIGURE THAT THE IS NO DOCKET,THAT FOR ME IS A CHALLENGE BECAUSE IT REQUERE YOU TO WRITE STATEMENT OF IT.

Excellent benefits for Employees, charged with a duty to ensure safety for all citizens

Typically a day start at 07:30 till 16:00 but if there is an emergency it may go beyond that. The management of personnel is good but at times can be militaristic. Members relate well with each other and they are ready to assist in times of need. I enjoy the most when I get victims of crime certisfied with my work. At times tracing suspects was most challenging and demanding.

Pros: Great promotional opportunity
Cons: Long working hours when necessary
