Excellent learning platform

working for saps is like working for an individual who does not appreciate your hard work.work monday to monday sometimes because of standby and in return you get a rest day.relationship wise with the other co-workers is very solid.i have learned alot in this organization in terms of investigation.i enjoy investigating.most challenging aspects is resources.

I am a good person and good communication skills and i am able to solve difficulties issues

i am a hard working person and i work monday to friday as my job discriptions lead me to do so and i walk extra miles to gain more experience in other field of my company and i have good relationship with co-workers all the time i am a quite person not like fight.i learn a lot in this company ,how to approach difficult client able to handle angry client and cool them down.i do enjoy to work with different people day by day because it gives me a challenge that i didnt face before and that mostly i like .the most challenge in this job is deal with client telephonically and all the time i have to focus and put myself like i am facing the client physically so that we can able to understand each other.

Pros: i am a hard worker and i am willing to be part of your team
Cons: i prefare to work any hours that company request me to work according to my job discription

The practical I did is to Do the leaves of the employees meaning capturing it ,Also calculate how many days left according Act( basic guide of employment act) Over views of the leaves as well. Also do the filling meaning that, to file all the documents. I did work 5 days a week but also weekends if necessary to so. Also making sure that all employees work 9 hours more than ,that its overtime.From my previous job I learn a lot ,like to work under pressure in order to meet a deadline , to work as team, Also learn being patient,How to prepare for the meeting as well as talking minutes e.g. I remember one day My boss was not around ,Then inspectors visit our site,I did manage to answer the questions because of being a team worker.What I did enjoy the most is assist the client in manner that, the client did smile even if he/she came angry meaning now I did enjoy to deal with different personalities,backgrounds. The challenge I did Face employees come later

Pros: To work at this company it can be a wonderfull both to me and company, because my vision and goals is just aligned with mine
Cons: Being aparty of the company, that means are will be party driving the campany to success using my skills nowledge sharing ideas with stakeholders

Hard worker and perform post to the best of my knowledge

A typical work day at SAPS is great due to the fact that I am continuously busy. I always help co workers if they need assistance and we all had a great working relationship. I have gained a huge amount of knowledge in SCM. I most enjoyed my work ad there is no challenging aspect to the job. I would therefore be a great asset to your company.

Learning and gaining experience

Under payment and not considering qualifications , promotion takes a long time ,working long hours,meet ddiffent people, learn new things,meet challenges daily

I have served my country for 27 years honourable. I have a clean record .

I am part of a team that specializes on the criminal activities of gangsterism in the western cape. We use all sort of methods trying to put the culprits behind bars in the framework of the law. Because im working at Crime intelligence i can not divulge anymore as i have signed documents not to explain the working methodology of my unit. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues. I have investigated various high profile gangsters. .

Pros: To arrest your target or taking firearms and drugs out of the community
Cons: To many politics that interfere with work and promotion

Good learning curve

I worked with public on daily basis. I had a good working relationship with colleagues. I learned that dealing with public you need to be very patient and understand different characters of people.

I learned to be responsible,to be able to worj as ateam

I am a resposible,honest,hardworking,a team player,eager to learn.i worked as a police officer for approximately 11 years during of which,iserved honour,dedication and commitment.i also worked as a security and a driver for aa wholesale for a contractual period of 6 months

I'm a dedicated person who's concern is at the success of the company and i also want to ensure that theirs no crime that take place in our community.

Ability to contribute to society and the Organization by working well with managers and colleuges

I have excellent telephone skills and etiquette,Customer focused attitude ,Good clear communication skills,excellent listening skills Display helpful and friendly attitude, good organising and planning skills Ability to operate under pressure ,Ability to work in a team and under pressure, Attention to detail , Demonstrates passion for providing service excellence and meeting targets.

Pros: My day starts about half an hour before normal on duty time so that I am well organized for the day ahead. In this order, I can prioritize the importance of the day and brief my peers on what is expected from them. I have learnt that to succeed in ones daily task team work and good relations are essential, I enjoyed the fast paste of my Job descriptions, always dealing with enquiries, constantly havng to train people so that they can understand what the importance is of this section when coming to their well being and seeing the satisfaction I get after thorough consultation with them. I would say my challenge is having to spoon feed management in order to reach my goal and target dates and definetly non compliance to instructions been given.
Cons: Non compliance to instruction that hampers to one's target and due dates
