Fast learner and willing to undergo any training

I am self motivated individual and I prefer sharing opinions with other colleagues and dynamic ideas, I have learned to exchange and to work as team in order to have one objective and value to money, I mostly enjoy when I investigate or experimenting new techniques as works place especially to can tackle new challenge, I enjoy my work because daily I come across new faces and new ideas that bring me challenges and brighten my mind basically

Excellent

Providing entry level assessment especially when the organisation recruit new candidates. The most thing I enjoy in this organization I like to work with people especially of different ethnicity because there I learnt a lot of beliefs, cultural etc, and the relationship is very good because its something that I earn from them through good interpersonal creation. The most thing I enjoy is when I assist the client and they become satisfied and ifever they don't I have another option to refer of which it helps a lot especially when it comes to both of us. The most challenging part is the part is the environment am working in, there is a lot of racist if I was short tempered or easily agitated person I was going to quit but I told my self that its part of growth and it helps me to understand who am I without taking side. And the other challenges in this organization is promotion . usually education its not recognized

I have served my country for 27 years honourable. I have a clean record .

I am part of a team that specializes on the criminal activities of gangsterism in the western cape. We use all sort of methods trying to put the culprits behind bars in the framework of the law. Because im working at Crime intelligence i can not divulge anymore as i have signed documents not to explain the working methodology of my unit. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues. I have investigated various high profile gangsters. .

Pros: To arrest your target or taking firearms and drugs out of the community
Cons: To many politics that interfere with work and promotion

Perfuming school talk and reaching students in substance of drugs abuse. Office performe filling application. Photocopy document for our stuff

Excellent

I am an investigator for criminal cases we attend cases collect exhibits convey victims to hospital for examination attend bail proceedings as well as trial liase with senior public prosecutors familiar with all cas functions willing to work additional hours if needed to increase service delivery working hand in hand with other members i did course in anti corruption and commercial crime with unisa also forensics accounting auditing with unisa i also went for cyber crime course as well as computor forensics course i think im ready to face new challengies as i have been with saps for almost 15 years as an investigator.

Pros: Yes im standing in a good position to see myself progressing.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long as im going to win.

Still studying to empower

Currently I am a crime prevention official that patrols and focus on specific type of crime like hijackings, business robbery,and house robbery. Attend to complaints ,accident scenes and work special events like escorting duties. I work as the supervisor and post members to their different duties inspect the on duty members sign pocket books and sign on duty and inspect off duty. Working relationship with other members is excellent because its a team work. I have leant a lot with working with my team because now I know how to work as a team as oppose to working as the manager that just instruct with out being involved. The most challenging aspect is the fact that the job is very dangerous and also to motivate the member who are not motivated due to promotion

Pros: promotion opportunities are there but no clear promotional policy
Cons: long hours

IT WAS A GREAT EXPREINCE WORKING AT SAPS , I ROTATED TO ALL DEPARTMENT TO GAIN EXPURE IN MY QUALIFICATION, AND THE CHALLENGING PART WAS WHEN I WENT TO SERVICE TERMINATION WHERE THE WAS A SHORATGE OF INTERNET BUT IN MY DEPARTURE THE PROCESS OF APPLAYING AN INTERNET TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS TO NATIONAL OFFICE, BUT ALL IN ALL I ENJOYED THE ENVIRONMENT
