I am in debt management for more than 10years. I deal with business rescue, normal collections and legal collections. I deal with external. Stakeholders such as banks ,courts both magistrate and high as well as sherrifs for warrants of execution

Most challenging environment
To have a good relationship with fellow workers,bring joy in the environment.Make sure you treat everyone else same way irrespective of race gender
Pros: To work hard in every company will lead in a good chance and to be given an opportunity you will become an asset to that company.

Work at sars as customers services. I have learned alot about tax and assist customers with filling in n submit returns. The most challenging thing is you need know everything because client need assistance with different query

Excellent opportunity
I am available immediately. I obtain my taxation certificate at the University of Pretoria. I am energetic, honest and love to work with people. I was classified at SARS as a workaholic. I will always go the extra mile. Working at SARS was great because of the diversity. Education play a big role at SARS. You can grow faster when you move from department to department.

From training to Finance , Contact Centre management to Taxation, Audit and operations management
A work day for me starts with a review of performance of the 7 regions reporting. Identifying the critical focus areas for the day and directing this. This is usually followed by sessions with legal teams and Business support teams and other business partners and stakeholders. meetings are usually to discuss short, medium and long term developments to support and improve Efficiencies. Engaging with Tax legislation and interpretation thereof is a standard part of my job. Operational challenges and tax gaps are usually translated into proposals for amendments to legislation or Standard operating procedures. Looking beyond the obvious for simple solutions to complex problems is my passion and what I enjoy doing. leading from the ground rather than from a distance has endeared me to my co-workers and direct reports. planning and designing operations that support organisational strategic objectives is what I think I do best and I find most challenging.

Garduate Programme a huge Success
Over the past few years within my Graduate program at SARS. I have obtained multiple skills and learned a lot from my co-workers who were always willing to help. My development program encouraged me to innovate compliance reporting techniques which were not seen in the division before. While it may have been a challenge to acquire sufficient resources, team support and overall co-operation played a vital role in accomplishing new capabilities for the division.
