In a nutshell
Ensuring that people understand service delivery by creating processes that work and align to the business objectives. I'm a go to person as I strive to familiarise myself with the environment, the culture of the organization and what the organizations objectives are. I motivate people, identify their strengths, motivate, coach. I'm very observant and strive to do better each day. I'm also outspoken much to the annoyance of lazy thinkers. I believe in logic, working smart, apply technology and tools available to you to alleviate any unnecessary work. I don't like repetition, what does not I set out to do something new.

Management
I demonstrate my dedication to my responsibilities by performing my allotted tasks with enthusiasm and diligence. I am not afraid to take the initiative to improve systems and procedures to facilitate workflow and productivity. I am ambitious and welcome new challenges. I performed my tasks in a complex project management environment and I easily adapted and excel in this environment. I interact with senior personnel from SARS and the Stakeholders on a daily basis and proved myself to be fully capable to function and interface with management at that level. I am a conscientious worker and you will benefit if you have me as a team member. I am effective and productive with well developed leadership qualities and will be an asset to any organisation.

My review
I would like to apply for the position as advertised. I am presently in the employ of SARS Large Business Centre as an Administrator to a team of accountants, data capturers and tax consultants in addition to being executive assistant to the Taxpayer Relationship manager. My job description presently incorporates full administration support to my team and manager, taking of minutes, compilation of financial stream stats to head management once monthly, minute taking and data capturing of tax returns. I liaise directly with taxpayers on a daily basis, and have excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to learn very easily and multi-task when need be.

Great learning curve
It is nice to work for my company, though at the moment i feel i have reached a ceiling, no growth anymore. I need to feel challenged and learn more but seem like that part is moving very slow if it is at all. I enjoy training the staff, learn new things about my work and i get along with everyone.

SARS HRBP
I am an HR Business Partner at SARS. I am the face of HR for clients assigned to me in the organisation, I am assigned the Strategy Development & Analytics and Partnership Development & Analytics Divisions, my total client head count is 485 and growing. A typical day involves at least one MANCO Meeting where I am required to provide the HR Status and provide HR Guidance to anything discussed during the meeting. I am expected to be knowledgeable in all HR Aspects as I am the first line of HR Support to the business. I am also responsible for the roll out of multiple HR Projects that been designed for implementation by the various HR Centres of Excellence. I have learned that people management is a rather special role, when it comes to human emotion, no task is simple. As an HRBP the slogan I go follow is: "I solve problems that you never knew exist, in ways that you never imagined"
