I'm currently employed at a large company as electrical Foreman. With both trades in Mechanical and electrical (obtained separately) with wireman's licence. My duties includes: Planning and work execution Day to day work execution according to plan Maintenance, break downs and call outs Purchase and planning on SAP Budgets Capex and Opex Shutdowns - team leader Projects

Frustrating
Good relationship with my co-workers, I learn a learning management systems and SAP LSO. the current job does not challenge me at all, since I was operating at high standard from my previous jobs.

Its a great company to work for with great opportinities.
It was a great expirience being part of the company i learned alpt from the people tjere and the enviroment is very good. The company offers its employees great opportunities to grow.

Good opportunities for growth
Finance department has the most supporting team mates, through team work we have achieved every small/big goal set upon us. I enjoy being a team player who sometimes organises lunch on Fridays for the department(including managers). Multitask is the greatest challenge, and has taught me to stay focused and very organised. I prefer to do small work like filling on Fridays as it not a very busy day but short. I have participated voluntarily on the yearly stock take session at the warehouse and had a great exposure on how to perform the whole stocktake process.
Pros: huge progress in my work area, and promotion granted: working closely with management
Cons: extra time needed for work, work on weekends

Fast learner, lover challenges willing to learn anything
A typical work day for me as a buyer is to action all my request, negotiate pricing with suppliers, place orders using correct qty, pricing, delivery date and incoterm. My relationship with my co workings is awesome. My challenges at work is to make sure that I buy the correct item, on correct price, for the lowest price possible but at the best quality. I love making jokes with my team and try to keep every one positive.

Fast leaner and open to learning new thing in the industry
Electrical maintenance and repair of lights. Rotating machines , cable jointing up to 3.3kv , working on dc machines,fault finding , read and draw electrical schematics ,

Growth in my career
I am dedicated to my work, I can work in groups and independent, i have a very good relationships with my colleagues, i have learnt a lot in this company in my 14years and i have enjoyed inter-acting with different kinds of individuals I reside in Bethal and I have 3 cars in case one is out for maintenance

Not good currently
The current environment is not ideal. although there was growth and learning opportunities in the past, this is not the case anymore. the culture and spirit is not great at the moment

My life
We start of by checking what items have come into the system and the check them for QC I work well in any team and my colleges and I have a good relationship In my 20 years I have learnt many things mechanical as well as in the management field , but my hart still lies with the environmental issues and wildlife as I am still completing a course in wildlife management and game capture I have also completed my anti poaching module I enjoy the outdoors and animals The most challenging is the descriptions on SAP for items that are ordered incorrectly
