Delivering good results, good work quality
The environment is dinamic, moving from one project to onather gave one chance to interact with variour people. Which has enhance ones skill in poeple relations. On projects ones responsibility was to make sure that I deliver good results in time. The most enjoyerble moment of my work is during crunch time (commissioning), when the plant will be running forthe first time, without any incidents.

I am hard worker, i don't mind to work under pressure, I am eager to learn, I am self driven person always motivated, I always put my job as my first priority, I am good communicater with customers, I always know that customers is always right,

You can learn a lot when you associate yourself with others.
I am team player and also can lead at some instances when required. My typical work day starts with our morning meeting and job card submission and also issuing of new ones for the day. We do routine inspections and arrange for permits and spares if we need some for the day also attend breakdowns when required. I have learnt that in our field there's no such thing as a stupid suggestion or idea also you can learn a lot from older people or those that joined the company before you. I enjoy working in groups because that way the task at hand is much easier to execute or must I say two heads are better than one.
Pros: Lot of growth involed.
Cons: Not much overtime except when you on standby or maybe during shutdowns.

HR and Plant Administrator
Dealing with Supervisors and Management on all levels. Provide administration assistance regarding all plant related issues and procedures. Running Time management system and in control of Ill health and incapacity procedure.

High performance environment
I work in a highly pressurised environment I enjoy learning and getting more experience I like working in a big company with good reputation I service 6 departments I enjoy Employment Equity as I love seeing the difference in the previously disadvantaged people and also diversity inclusion I would love to get exposure in strategic management I am a completer meaning that I do my work diligently and enjoy seeing results in my quality work I love working unsupervised as it gives me accountability I am a very open minded person, assertive and very professional I maintain professionalism with my co-workers Everyday comes with new challenge and prioritising is very important as almost everything is urgent I enjoy employee engagement sessions with my clients as this is my passion

Sasol is a big company that exposes you to a lot of challenges which makes you experience different situations and challenges career wise. I want to spread my wings and experience a different environment and go higher with my career

ITS WAS GOOD WORKING AT SASOL BECOUSE I HAD TO LEARN A LOT AND MEET NEW EXPERIANCED PEOPLE,I AM A GOOD TEAM PLAYER SO MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MI CO WORKERS WAS PERFECT WE GOT ALONG JUST FINE AT WORK AND OUT SIDE WORK,I HAVE LEARNED A LOT AS I STARTED AS A PROCESS LEARNER I HAD TO MEET MORE EXPERIENCED PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR SASOL OVER 30 YEARS AND LEARNED A LOT FROM THEM,I ENJOYED BEEN PART OF THE TEAM THE MOST AND THERE UNDERSTANDING AS I WAS A LEARNER AND MORE THE WAY WE WORKED TOGETHER TO EXECUTE PROBLEMS AND PROBLEM SOLVING AS A TEAM,THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS AT MY JOB WAS WHEN I WAS JUST SITTING NOT WORKING AS I AM A WORKERHOLIC I REALY HATE SITTING AT WORK AND DOING NOTHING .

Business and operational acumen
I am currently working 4 by 5 shifts of 12 hours. During off days I am requested to be on standby. One shift consist of seven personnel whom we work well as a shift and individually. The most interesting aspect of this job is the opportunity granted to me from time to time to act as a shift supervisor and run the shift. We are encouraged to perform every duty as safely as possible because safety is our number one priority.
