I am self motivated and professional on my daily duties.
I am always able to do what ever i was requested to to and i always make sure that i master everything that was requested from me for the first time, i make sure that i don't re-do my work, that is the way of showing that i always want to do or learn something new all the time and i am always flexible to work in a tem work to learn new skills from other people.

Review
It is a great opportunity for me to work for Sassa I was exposed to a lot of things especially with poor people although my task was to deal with internal customers. To work with beneficiaries was a pleasure for me as I was able to assist with their queries although it was not part of my job. There were days it is so hectic especially month ends and beginning of the month when you have to prepare all documents and equipment for the new user. It is also important to know about your organisation even if you don't provide support for grants. I was able to assist with their queries when I hear them on radio. We created also network if someone is got a problem with other have government department you will have your point of contact for a certain query. I have learnt that it is very important to be humble and be yourself. My relationship with my co _ workers and customers was good. Most challenging aspects was the processes that users didn't want to follow.

I love my work
I love my work, its challenging and I support over 16 offices in western cape and attend to request national aswell. We are a huge group and our managers are absolutely wonderful. I need to grow though and it will be very sad for me when I have to leave but this is my second home.

My current work status
I currently work in a client service environment in SASSA Mamelodi branch. I have been employed here since 01/08/2004. I started as a clerk and promoted to a Supervisor in March 2008. I have dealt with my customers professionally (internal and external customers). I have served my current employer diligently with respect. Proof to this is the fact that there is no disciplinary issue next to my name or my work profile all these years. Presently I work as a grant administration supervisor where I deal with issues of staff performance management, stakeholder relations, project management. I also recently passed a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law at the University of Johannesburg. I hope this information and my attached CV shows that I am a dedicated worker who could add value to your organization.

Busy institution, working hard daily to ensure with achieve goals and promote our standards
Good working conditions, good interactions with staff and management but not at all levels of the organisation, there is somewhat unprofessional conduct at times. I learnt that in organisations you need professionalism and recognition of hard workers. I enjoyed most dealing with staff performance, couching and mentoring. Challenging aspects at times is to change attitude and how to ignites all employees to always have passion to perform excellently.

A typical working day at SASSA
A typical working day and what I've learnt includes : Compiles and maintains records and accounts of Oracle transactions, office activities as well as undertake administration duties. Receive all procurements/requisitions, confirm budget allocation, open files, check if procurements are compliant, record and sign over to the next department. Capture procurements/requisitions and communicate with all relevant SASSA cost centres. Record all incoming documents for Senior Manager as well as filling. Secretary of a Loss Control committee and perform all secretarial duties. Communicating with clients and requesting invoices for Financial Accounting I get along well with co-workers the most challenging aspects of my job is doing to much but no opportunity offered for permanent employment.

I gained more experience
we work 8 hours a day Monday to Friday, we work as a team always, I have learn a lot here at sassa attesting, verification, capturing and processing application on system even manual, and other function such as taking calls. Learning who to work with people I mean how to treat a client. I enjoy working here because they even provide us with different training and workshop and also have rewords at the end meaning receiving certain certificate. Working with client is challenging have to be patient always.
