Servest is a very big company that deals with cleaning, hygiene, parking and landscaping.
I am a 32 year old lady currently working at Servest as a Help Desk Operator from April 2017 to date. I am a hard worker and I am able to work under pressurised circumstances and still maintain a positive attitude. I always make sure to complete each and every given task. I am strong, confident, target driven and always make sure that my work is always accurate and professional. I am a dedicated person and always willing to learn. My energy in the work place makes me to be able to reach company goal within a short period of time. I am friendly, open and a loving person. I am loyal supportive and able to work independently and also able to cooperate within a team. I have time management skills, office management skills, decision making skills and record keeping skills. My work is always accurate and professional.
Pros: I believe that the experience that i have has already made me a better person and i believe that i am also going to help others in future.
Cons: If there is too much work that needs me to stay behind then i do so inorder to complete a given task.

Learned how to work with different culture and people with different emotions.
Every time at work i enjoy to do new things and be the first person to face new problems of the machines and get solution as well.The team spirit we have at our workshop helps me a lot because i learn from my colleagues and i also teach them somethings the don't know. I have learnt lot of thing in the workshop daily (1) servicing Cars (2) How to put clutch of different cars (3) How to service and change Clutch of a tractor and act (4) Training machine operators (5) Relocating around the country.I am a hard worker who can perform under pressure at work. Mostly I enjoy challenges because i learn from them and next time when i get same problem it is easy for me to solve it.
Pros: I want to learn and get new challenging job on my career to be qualified ARTISAN.
Cons: long working hours helps me to archive lot of things in my life.

I learned a lot about working with my former co-workers as a leader
i was doing a challenging job and my co-workers were working with me very well. i know that one or two stuff members will do bad but i didn't let them take me down but i show ed them a right thing to do.my working hours was from 7hoo to 17hoo but it wasn't working because i had to cash up,count money,do banking,refill machines and do a daily report.and was taking more than 10 hours because when the machines are broken i was supposed to get them work which was to fix them while i was waiting for a technician to come.
Pros: i started working as a junior in the company but got promoted until i became a manager
Cons: i used come early six early in the morning and leave the site around seven while i knocked off two hours earlier

Exploring greener pastures
Welcoming customers daily, cars damage report. Making sure that everything is under control. I have learned to work with different types of people, im always happy around my co-workers, i dont take my personal problems to work. I enjoy working in a multi cultural enviroment. The most challenging aspect is when the customer drives in, and i have to greet him/her but the customer is angry about something.
Pros: Friendliness towards customers
Cons: 12 hours a day

Always looking for a new challenge
I know that the combination of my experience,education,motivation to excel will make me an asset to your company.I have the desire to help and serve customers,focusing effort on identifying and meeting their needs and providing a consistently high level of service.I possess the inner drive to do things better,to strive for excellence,to accomplish challenging objectives and to obtain results.I show concern for accurately hearing and understanding people and use what I have understood from others to help share my responses to those individuals.With the years of experience attained,I have the competency to organise/plan/manage and to adequately allocate to and divide time between various tasks/aspects of the work.I actively participate in problem resolution and offer constructive input in structuring of solutions for client problems.I also display tenacity in ensuring that remedial action/new procedures are followed through to successful completion.

Talking with supplies
I have learnt lot of things from my co-workers such as servicing cars and fixing ather ride on machines by giving them a hand while am free. During weekends i work with plumber to assist them and at the same time I gain knowledge on ather things.
Pros: Experience on different characters of people on the field.Best communication with supplies and clients
Cons: Working long hours with short break because of time frame.Always under pressure.

Excellent
It's was good to work and I used to worked hard nd we where respecting each other but.i was not happy about my salary Sometimes we work outside,different places but that was no a problem for me.we where Workin 12 hours six to six no holiday,no weekend,but I learn a lot special how to communicate with a customer,how to solve problems,how to cash up ,how to fix PlayStation,using computer also

Attention to detail
I'm a great team player and works well under pressure. I prefer open communication with my employees which helps me to grow in my job and as a person. I don't take things personally, I know my reasons for being there is to fulfill my objectives and that of the company I work for. I pay attention to details which is a very strong attribute in my field of work. I'm honest, kind and have strong character.
