Great experience

Working at Servest is a wonderful thing as it introduced me in many different organisation's live engineering, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and many more, also working with defferent charectors of employees that gained confidence in me and could rely on me on the deliverang OHS. Training OHS was also one great thing that employees enjoyed the way I presented especially in the language they understand better. The most challenging aspect was investigating incident and accident telephonic ally since employees were in Dbn. Risk assessment and creating SOP, toolbox talks, and procedure were other great exposure.

No career and financial growth

theres no career growth, the manager keeps a lot of important information to himself, so we are limited when it comes to a lot of company information and skills.no benefits offered and based on people who have been here for years theres no financial growth.

Impeccable Initiation.

I have always had an emphasis on purpose and serving every day with a good purpose. But before I could serve any purpose I would need to fulfill the essentials that I need first and foremost. And that would also mean that I would have to be in uncomfortable zones, which I don't like developing in. Accepting the work that I would have to do in order to serve the purpose I wanted to serve to the public, was the toughest part for me in my early career. And I have been able to accept the requirements needed to fulfill the long term purpose in my life. before I could serve any purpose I would need to fulfill the essentials that I need first and foremost. And that would also mean that I would have to be in uncomfortable zones, which I don't like developing in. Accepting the work that I would have to do in order to serve the purpose I wanted to serve to the public, was the toughest part for me in my early career. Typical day... i handled 25 malls.. from smal to very big once like canal walk.. did audit inspections.. report audits... Meetings with clients daily. Service providers meetings. Publuc meetings International clients ...like film shoots.bookings Good relationship... work hard play hard To be successfull in any enbiroment if your structures are not in place your company loses money. Having clientele,public,service provider proform as a unit and get what they pay gor... happy people will always support you going forward. To over commit by excepting more that the post can handle.

Great opportunity for inexperienced workers.

TheIts a fast paced envi. Lots of energy to go around. Colleagues are extremely helpful and friendly, it's been an absolute joy to work with them. Unfortunately work hours are insane and there is hardly any room for growth in the company. nment is that 9g a high
