I'm a great team player and works well under pressure. I prefer open communication with my employees which helps me to grow in my job and as a person. Hard working person,very ambitious and well organized person.i am ready to learn new environment and saving excellent service to customers/client and employees alike.if ever there is something that I don't understand I like to ask questions and on detailed work.also good in conflict resolution.

Excellent knowledge gained

The operations department is constantly busy and on the go. It is the epicentre of the business. All clients queries and services are handled with care and expertise. There is a 24 hour turn around time for any query resolution.

Excellent learning curve

- Coordinate all maintenance work for Commercial building and surrounding. - Manage contractors i.e Hygiene, Cleaning, Landscaping, Water coolers. - Work well with all employees of all levels, I interact with White and Blue collar employees. - People management and prioritizing your work as a Helpdesk manager 2IC to the facilities manager. - Seeing a plan working out , we have office revamp that had to happen while business is on ,making sure things works as though there's not construction. Its a rewarding feeling to achieve a goal. - Challenges are that your work is not the same daily and you have to satisfy everyone's needs and dealings different characters.

Pros: Exposure to the FMCG world that doenst have holiday and FM has to keep business running.
Cons: No exact company culture and working as a contractor not recognised for your effort/input. Lots of segregation.

Excellent learning curve

My daily routine: I assist the management with the administration work. I have health and safety talk with my colleagues, and then I give them a carbon book with details of their respective work schedule. I also assist them with my knowledge of plants and how to layout the design according to the plan. I also supervisor them in the maintenance aspects. I have learnt how to communicate with other people and increase my knowledge in the field of study. What I enjoy the most is the design aspact of this job. The challenge aspact of this job is sometimes the communication.

The company is a huge and there are a lot opportunities to grow internally

Good Day My typical day at work will include attending to querying and preparing payments for Friday. I update my cashbook whenever payments go off the bank statement. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I am easy to get along with and I enjoy working with people. I have learnt that attention to detail is most important and it is best to double check yourself before getting someone else in trouble. I enjoy whenever my suppliers get paid because I know I will be making someone else's life much easier because they will be collecting money. I also enjoy making my age clean and reconciling outstanding recons.

Strong working environment

Overall our team is a good team to work with, do have our less active members but good team non the less Company does have it's ups and downs but do provide a good range of services overall I enjoy doing risk analysis of new projects and compiling the Risk Assessments. I have learned much about the different business sectors Challenging part is that we are only a few safety persons in my division and to run safety on a national basis can be taxing at times.

Pros: Do get to visit interesting companies and places
Cons: Little space for promotion
