New Exec management not aligned
Pros of working at Servest prior to August 2018.Previous CEO, CFO & COO. Exceptional leadership skills. I was mentored, supported and driven. Current Exec Management is condescending, no people skills, no leadership skills. Exec Management is not aligned. Constant power struggle amongst each other.

Strong working environment
Overall our team is a good team to work with, do have our less active members but good team non the less Company does have it's ups and downs but do provide a good range of services overall I enjoy doing risk analysis of new projects and compiling the Risk Assessments. I have learned much about the different business sectors Challenging part is that we are only a few safety persons in my division and to run safety on a national basis can be taxing at times.

We work good together as a team
we do our best to keep the company more productivity .team work leads us to best results . I learned alot to the company about hygiene and it's helped me on how to keep the working place clean all the times . our company is a large company that is divided into many categories but yet still we work good as a whole I'm a dedicated person who is willing to learn more about the industry and I'm good in working as a team and individually if needed .

Good leaning
I started my work at 8:00 in the morning and knocking out at 17:00 after noon . First thing I do when I arrived at work is to greet all the staff members.Then started my duties firstly I sweeping the floor,mopping the floor,dusting the furniture and empting the bin. I have learn how to use hygiene equipment. I enjoy working with so many people. To watch the clients and tell them that they are not allowed to eat inside the bank.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
Every day is a good day. the supervisor is treating you well and often check on how are you doing. Staff members work as a team, they help each other and they teach every new members their daily routine and they always include you in their daily activities, they assist you and monitor you. I have learnt that if you have a good communication with your fellow colleagues you are always enjoying every minute to get to spend at work. what I enjoy most is when we have finished our duties on time and willing to look around and check if we did everything accordingly.
